Hello Everybody! Randomly updating this thing because I haven't since Feb apprently. Sorry about that. there's no excuse for me not updating this...just haven't done it.
So since I haven't updated this thing in such long time, I'll go ahead and talk about a few things that I've done here and there.
The first thing I'm going to discuss is my experiance working for a new company out here in CA called Big League Wrestling..or BLW for short. They were using DMW's ring so I got automatical
Two weeks ago, WCWA returned. WCWA was the promotion I started training with in California back in mid 2005, but closed it's doors by the end of 2006. When I found out that WCWA was returning, I was pretty happy about it. It was going to be nice working for them again. I never got a chance to Ref for WCWA when I started out as I was just there sound guy and training and I actually didn't start learning on how to Referee until I was training with Devil Mountain.

Later today, I head down to CCW. I haven't been at CCW for the past two months. Lacks of funds and schduling conflicts, I couldn't make it, but I'm working the show later today.
It'll be nice to go back to CCW. I really like the locker room as the locker room is filled with guys who just want to put on a good show and have a lot of fun. Ok time for a update and I'm sooooo very sorry I haven't really updated this blog for awhile now. I've either been busy or just to lazy to take the time to type one or a few out, I'm sorry, but to make it up here's a overall update on things.
First off, so I finally moved out of my mom's place and moved into my own place a few weeks ago. I mention this for a reason, that reason, my roommate used to be a Godfather Ho. So thats worth mentioning.
Update on Training: Training...is going
There's still only a few more weeks of 2007 but wrestling wise, there's no more shows I'm apart of. So I can go ahead and give 2007 a review wrestling wise.
2007 was a great year for me wrestling wise. I did so much and I accomplished a whole hell of a lot, in such a very short span of time. On Sunday night, I was in Modesto, Ref'ing for a promotion called N.A.W. or NAW if you say it as a sound, for the first time. Anyways, I got to Ref 3 matches.
Match 1: Mark Vega vs Kenny K vs Kassy Summers in a triple threat match to find out who will be interim champion for Chupacabra's NAW Light weight title.
Match 2: Was Jason Vega vs Sheik Kahn Abodi
and Match 3: was a hardcore match with Pogo and Rage vs The Body Snatchers

Hey everybody, I'm actually making a new post! Hooray for you! Truth is, even though I haven't updated in awhile....or for a very long time anyhow, I'm actually kinda bored and cooking dinner while waiting for Letterman to come on, so I figured I'd take the time to post something since I haven't in a long while.
First things first, for those who haven't seen the posts in the Indy Wrestling thread, Devil Mountain Wrestling (where I'm training) has been running shows for the past few months.
On Saturday night (12/15) I had my first offical pro match at Devil Mountain Wrestling. Well technically my first match was the Halloween Battleroyal that took place in Oct, but I'm not counting that match, so the match over the weekend was my first offical match.
The night started with me cutting a promo after the first match..that I fucking butchered. I kinda had certain points I wanted to get over but I think I tried to structure it to much and tried to hard to get those certain points
Ok, since ECW is on and I'm just sitting here and watching it, I have some time to post about me working the most recent BAW show.
I flew out of Sacramento, really really early Friday (1/26) morning. Before my flight, I saw this big Samoan guy who looked really familar. on Friday I worked a wrestling show as a Referee for the promotion of BAW in the motherfucking cold state of Oregon, and here, yes here on Scroby's blog, are the details of my journey from California to Oregon to work the BAW show.

The BRAWL Show started really sucky for me. Way before the show even started. I was doing sound for the night and one of the first things I hear is that something is wrong with the sound equipment. It's now Sunday, and I've overslept. I was asked to be at the Cow Palace at 9 in the morning and I might be booked on the AWA show that is happening at 11..or noon. There was a AWA show happening, around that timeframe and that's all I knew, but I overslept and woke up at 11:00 or 11:30. I didn't get home till about 4 in the morning Saturday due to be at Rocky Horror, and when I got home, I just crashed out. I was so dead tired.

If the WrestleFanFest weekend wasn't long enough, this past weekend certainly was. I ended up having a total of four shows over pre-Halloween weekend, two Rocky Horrors and two wrestling shows...but I'll skip the Rocky Horror shows because I know you guys read my blog for Pro Wrestling, not for my adventures in Rocky Horror land.

California Championship Wrestling got a tv deal! And not just some regular tv deal, oh no they got a deal with Comcast! The deal is that Comcast will run a show for a entire month...and it will be On-Demand. I'm very happy for CCW and I'm very happy to be apart of CCW. So after almost missing my flight (I woke up late), I flew from Portland and returned back to the Oakland airport, then I drove home to wash my Ref gear and try to get the blood out of my Ref shirt.
