I was just talking with someone about this....Se7en is probably in my top 3 of all time. I'll be checking this out...maybe not at the theater as I rarely go to the theater, but I'll definitely scoop it up as soon as it comes out on DVD.

I generally go to the theaters, only because it's nice to get out of the apartment, it makes the 'ole lasy happy, and awesome surround sound and a pitch black room = great time.

Fight Club peaks at #1 and Se7en at #3 - as of right now.

I used to go to theaters all the time, not so much now with the kids, unless it's a kid movie, of course.

I liked Fight Club, but not enough to put it in my top 10...it's a tad long and it seems to get away from the actual "Fight Club" part of it a lot.

I guess I just like the movie so much, I don't realize how long it is. And yes, they do get away from Fight Club, but I think they made up for it with Project Mayhem.

Have you read the book?

I am so much more picky about going to the theaters now, not only are movies ten fucking dollars to see now, but so many movies are forgettable. You sit down, watch it, and then forget about it. It provokes nothing out of you other then anger due to an empty wallet. I guess this is HOLLYWOOD productions moreso then cinema itself, as I have found that going to indepdent films has been a much more satisfying experience over the past few years.

I usually won't go to the theaters if the movie doesn't have good / great reviews from creditable sources / review sites.

By the way Mike, you're current avater, you look like Buh Buh Ray Dudley at first glance.

Theaters ... lol.

The last time I went to the theater for something I wanted to see was Star Wars III. I saw Narnia in the theater, but that's what Mrs. kkk wanted to do for her b-day, so that doesn't count.

I generally dislike theaters, only due to the other people in the audience. However, as I've stated, I love the surround sound, and darkness.

It's always been a dream of mine to one day own a personal movie theater. That would be swank.

No it wouldn't. It's hard to make money, especially at the smaller ones.

That's another reason, too.

However, as I've stated, I love the surround sound, and darkness.

Here's my advice to you.

1) Watch DVDs at night with no lights on.

2) Sell a few more comic books, get a surround-sound system and crank it up. If you are in an apartment complex, disregard this line.

My theater wouldn't be open to the public, like I said kkk, my own personal theater. You know, if I was $$$$$$$ rich. Never going to happen, but one can dream.

Sadly, I can't take your second bit of advice. One, I don't have any more comics to sell :( and I do live in an apartment complex. I don't think my neighbors would really care, I don't EVER see them.
