What did you think of the second episode...i always think michaels interections with his mom are hilarious (partly because its semi reminiscent)...and this was no exception...the scene in the office where hes noticing the "similarities" between his mom and the shrink were funny...got some more kick ass action scenes this week too...liked the whole breaking the glass thing with the stool...the scenes with carla are great...you can really feel the tension...

ugh...sept. 2nd seems so far away...but its really not...less than two months....i've been trying to convince my friends that watching this season of the shield is like the appointment watching that the last season of the sopranos was...it absolutely needs to be watched by everyone who calls themselves television watchers...the shield really set the bar for how good non pay cable shows could be.

I thought it was excellent... Loved the opening sequence with michael on the phone with "carla" and the pointing of the gun around while trying to assess the situation and figure out whats next...really nails the show in a nutshell...The australian accent was pretty hilarious too...and fiona shooting him between the legs when he had to fake out the mercenaries... Always appreciate the spy info monologue...and the scenes with sam and fiona produced the wonderful "ovaries" quote...I'd be willing to bet bruce campbell improvised that line on the spot...hes great like that. another one on tonight...ill be there...

Everywhere i've seen the trailer its gotten an excellent response...plus the screening reviews have been really positive as well... There's also a full site for rain of madness (which looks awesome i might add) they are really going above and beyond with the marketing for this film, and i'm loving it. http://www.rainofmadness.com/

That's already started to change. Lions for Lambs absolutely bombed, and Valkyrie looks to be headed down the same path. Man I had no idea they were losing money on LOTR (although i'm not really a fan). I dont know, i saw the valkyrie trailer before indy and I was intrigued, so were most of the other people in the theater... cruise has been solid in just about everything ive seen him in... agree on the will smith sentiments...i think he definitely makes an effort to be different...unlike say a denzel washington..

Another reason to stay tuned this year...a host of guest stars. For those in hiphop (me included) Method Man (decent actor in his own right) is making a guest appearance in at least one episode this season of burn notice. Also let this serve as a reminder to those of you who tend to forget about it...tomorrow nights the night..no excuses.

must sing the praises of don king prizefighter...i had zero expectations going in...but i was really blown away with how much attention to detail went into it (IMO). kJust needed to get taht out.

Bruce campbell is definitely a big part of this show, however I think the bessstt part is gabrielle anwar..fiona is effin hot man...the hotness factor is enough reason alone to watch the show...plus with tricia helfer (of bsg fame) guest starring in season 2...mmmm...yup thats definitely the best past of the show.

thats one of tghe best parts about burn notice....its not the kind of show thats difficult for you to get into if you miss an episode or something...really easy to pcik up back or get swept in. plus now all of season 1s episodes are available on the usa site.

I almost saw this this weekend...but im glad i bailed on it...everyone is killing it.. he lost me at "my name is mr. glass"

a tad early maybe...but im always a big fan of the olympics...and there almost here...any other fans? Like the events? Like the stories? like the fact there are sports on other than baseball in august?

great show that i picked up on last summer...starting season 2 on july 10th..id never really seen jeffrey donovan in anything before, but hes amazing in this...really nails the role and makes it seem believable...

new rpg coming out for the pc...i try to stick pcs only for rpg games (they play better) so im definitely anticipating this...saw some of the screens here...looked good..

been playing my 2k8 franchise for a few weeks...ive got johnny cueto on the nationals and hes 16-1 so far...bowdens good about getting those ex reds players...once i figured out the hitting stick i even got felipe lopez back to his old 20/20 self. having a blast.

kenny smiths gone fishin picture should definitely just have ginobili holding a dead fish to signify his relative disappearance during this series...pathetic...

new trailer was posted a little while ago..especially dug the scenes with him as a kid..

so glad the spurs are stopping the bs in this series...even marv on the tnt telecast seems happy that the spurs are about to even things up...hes pretty into it tonight.

Agreed...i downloaded a new pack for the james bond game when i downloaded RE...good call.

too many ifs in that boston series to make any predictions after two games....however i think the western series...one is barkleys favorite guy on every broadcast...GINOBILI...however another lynchpin is lamar odoms impact on the game...when hes on the lakers absolutely will not lose...but hes a typical 3rd banana...prone to not show up when you need him...also as kenny said post game, lakers defense isnt that good...wont be that good tonight either...

nba officiating is a crock, if they could hav efixed the race between bavetta and barkley they'd have screwed that one up too. Anybody know who is calling tonight's TNT game...heres hoping its marv, this is really gonna be a great series, gotta see if the spurs have any bullets left in the gun.
