  1. Frames? Could you explain that to me.
  2. I'm going to say that it was a result of me bumping the "Only bump this thread, (if you just masturbated to Miley Cyrus)" that tripped his memory into remembering this thread. My professor just said "memory" like, a tenth of a second after I finished typing the same word. Weird.
  3. Not too much of a fan of chicken sandwiches, but keep it going.
  4. Holy God I want some fast food right now. Fuck. I've been cooking for myself, and no recipes are ever for one person, and... whatever. Anyways, I've never had Wendy's, so I'm gonna go try it out today. What's good?
  5. Until her Academy award winning movie comes out.
  6. You have no idea. Maybe I should make it my goal to have sex with Miley Cyrus before I turn 18. I have 6 months and 20 days.
  7. ...that's what he is saying.
  8. She's on every fucking magazine cover. She has her own video game or something. Every time I go to the market or Walgreens, her face is everywhere. Good God.
  9. Songs are supposed to rhyme?
  10. All the soul calibur women had such hilariously huge boobs.
  11. Or how about just remain vocal about the issues you're passionate about, but actually vote for the person that'll get you the closest there with the best chance? Why do some democrats have a problem with this? It seems to me there's this childish mentality within many democratic voters that banks their vote on just a couple of issues. That's where we end up with a situation like in 2000.
  12. I'd say that it is the governments job to do that. Maybe not phrased that way, but ever since FDR, the role of the government has been expanding. The demand for drugs is inelastic because people get addicted, and drugs become economic necessities for those addicted. When the price goes up for the drugs, they often don't have the power to quit, and sacrifice other things in order to get the money. Oftentimes, this leads to crime in order to pay for drugs. Even the reverse is true, that if the price goes down, there isn't much of a change in demand, only slightly. The inelasticity of the demand curve for drugs is a pretty widely accepted sentiment among economists. That's why fighting the supply of drugs is less effective than fighting the demand for drugs.
  13. Hey what about this guy? He can do the whole dark/funny thing pretty well.
  14. I saw Owen (Mike Kinsella) tonight, and he likes to chat in between songs. He called Batman the greatest movie ever, and we spoke about how I miss my mom during and after the set. Overall a damn good show.
  15. You could just take one look at those perfect teeth and realize it was Wayne!
  16. It should be the public's decision to choose. If it's their health and air quality, then fuck yes they have a right to decide.
  17. Oh that is most definitely a drug.
  18. Weed is absolutely a gateway drug. There's no use debating it. Don't rely on rhetorics to be your main argument.
  19. It's kind of apples and oranges with prescriptions and actual drugs. I don't think that argument really holds a lot of water. There would be a lot of problems with just simply legalizing it. For one, weed is a gateway drug, and when you legalize it, although crime and arrests go down, use skyrockets, which leads to other drugs. Not to mention for those who complain about the number of arrests and shit, that's mostly for effect. They know that it's going to come from another place. Arrests are meant to help shift the demand curve left. As the demand for drugs is largely inelastic (that being, changes in price don't affect the demand much), changes in the supply curve are ineffective. However, shifts in the demand curve are more drastic in the long and short run.
  20. Pinback - Summer in Abaddon Michael Jackson - Ones Algernon Cadwaller - Some Kind of Cadwaller The Botticellis - Old Home Movies Death Cab for Cutie - Narrow Stairs Devo - Q: Are We Not Men? 21. I'm not going to go looking for Director's Hall screenings, but if the opportunity arises, then I typically won't have any qualms with going. It's a nice moviegoing experience. The chairs usually are very comfortable and large.
  22. Has anyone here using a mac pirated XP yet? I need some help installing it. I torrented a copy of XP, but Boot Camp isn't recognizing it as the install disk.
  23. Hot chick? Dude. In the realms of business and politics, we're so used to shitty old men that any glimmer of tirts on someone who doesn't look like Margaret Thatcher is an instant bonerizer.
