I think it's rather obvious RVD will win considering Christian is helping Jericho.

I think I'll get Unforgiven with the buddies and chip in...it's more fun just to hang out then watch the actual suck fest of WWE. At least we actually watched and enjoyed Vengeance. Sigh, No Mercy will rock, though.

You like to argue that Benoit v. Angle had some sort of signifigance. What signifigance did it have in the long run? Did Benoit get a push from it? No That's not what I'm saying. A big factor of having a MOTY is the match quality itself, but you should also factor in it's surroundings and signifigance of it. For the TNA cage match? Anybody. More people saw it. I'm not saying it doesn't lower the wrestling quality of both matches, but it's a lot easier to get a crowd of 300 people who are there to watch wrestling and mostly smartmarks as opposed to 15,000 general wrestling fans, all mixed. No The signficance was it was 3 years in the making...and it built up to Benoit getting the standing ovation? Using your thinking, it's okay to bring a match down because the bookers are fucking stupid and didn't push a guy after it but it's not okay to say crowd/overness of a match in general has anything to do with something being MOTY? I don't get it. I know for a fact NO ONE would be saying I had a ****3/4 match of the year in a backyard fed (not saying I do), even if it really was. And once again, this goes back to saying we should just do MOTY by seperate organizations...it's not fair to choice one because there is too many factors involved and it's not fair to either parties.

Raw is a good game to fuck around in with a couple friends of...not one to take serious. And I don't see Raw 2 being much different. And thinking about it even more, it's even more dissapointing considering the fact they've delayed this game for over 6 months just for it to suck more?

Okay, here's the thing about Raw. It ONLY has RVD vs. Jericho...and that match is stale as hell. Booker isn't around, HHH is sucking, Goldberg sucks, Nash, HBK, and Flair are doing the same old thing, Orton is getting shoved down our throats and he's too green to begin with... Smackdown still has the better workers. Lately, I'd rather watch any Undertaker match then one on Raw. At least Taker is giving a shit these days.

I like Austin/HBK from Mania. People shit on it because Michaels wasn't at 100%, but I still thought it was a very solid Mania event with JR doing his typical overblown commentary that did help the match feel more special. It's ****, solid.

The topic should be renamed to what is the WWE match of the year...or TNA match of the year...or Indy match of the year...or Puro match of the year. It's not fair to just pick one. So I'll go: WWE: Benoit/Angle TNA: AMW/XXX
