The X-Division match was a thing of beauty with nearly everyone doing highspots in a fast tempo match, Total Nonstop Action Impact, INDEED! I still don't know who the members of Team Canada are but I must admit that they did some great spots. To me it was like the 1st time I saw the luchadores in WCW who where more or less unknown to the US fans but well known in their home country. The tag match has made me interested in the X-Cup concept with the battle of international stars, can't wait to see more of Sonjay Dutt! The 1st show will make an impact on fan interest into NWA TNA just like the 6 man luchadore match did in WCW when they 1st appeared in 1996. I thought Teddy Hart was a member of Team Canada. Will he make any apperences on TNA Impact?

More like an episode of Velocity because it has better announcers and matches worth watching.

Its good to have indy wrestling back on cable tv. The 6 sided ring almost had me worried because of its association with AAA but that opening tag match was better than I expected. Better than Chessman & Psicosis vs Electro Shock & Zorro match any week. Oh boy here comes Kane's brother Abyss. I would rather watch Kane vs Hurricane than Abyss vs Shark Boy.

Its a song where the lyrics dont matter. Its all about the vocals and the band playing together to make beautiful music, its harmless metal. If I cared about lyrics I would listen to some suicidal emo or power ballads.

"Slither" is a good song. It has the manitory guitar solo by Slash and Scott Weiland singing as if he has transended back to 90's era Seattle.

Intense promos never work for Canadians. Jericho, Christian, and now Edge all tried the yell alot then have a fit like a little baby promo but it never works. I think the only person to ever get this promo style over was Kurt Angle but that was years ago. The only thing Edge needs to work on is his entrance. He needs to stop doing the goofy "holding my giant balls" dance and go back to the "mysterious from the crowd" entrance. Sometimes less is more.

Playing for the tie is no fun to watch at all.
