Another thing about ESPN made me mad. And I know you're all going to be like "oh shut up OU homer" but it's pretty valid. During their New Year's video(well before the orange bowl) they showed gratuitous highlights of USC and Auburn but not one single clip of OU. It was like they were saying "hey we think Auburn is getting screwed and we want to drive our point home." And then during the pre-game of the Orange Bowl they go on about how OU will blow USC out. Then after the Orange Bowl they say "Well we told you that OU wasn't that good" It just shows the high and mighty hypocritical nature of ESPN.

Ok I know you have the "looking to get into the puro scene" thread but I'm already into Puro. Just haven't been in the past couple of years. I have plenty of Puro tapes and I watch plenty of matches but I just don't know any background. I knew some but not having bought a tape or really watched a match in 2 years kind of lends to forgetfullness. I'm just looking for a site that has background info on NJPW and AJPW and maybe some of the other promotions and none of those sites seem to satisfy. I was going to post in that thread but nobody seems to go into it.

So are the Fall of ECW and WCW DVD's still in print?

Does WWE not print very many of their DVDs? I wanted to nab Hulk Still Rules and the ECW and WCW DVDs. I haven't tried looking for the ECW and WCW ones but the Hulk one is nowhere to be found new. Not even on shopzone. So do they just stop printing them after a while and you have to go to alternate routes to find them?

I've always hated the Cowboys since day one. Everyone in Oklahoma liked them and it was during the "America's team" BS. And I really liked Randall Cunningham. And I was a little kid and green was my fav color. So I was like "I love this dude at QB and his colors are green!" and it just kind of grew from there. The Red Sox. It's just when you don't watch baseball(i didn't get hardcore into it until the end of the 03 season) you only really know the big teams. And I didn't like the Cubs and I knew I hated the Yankees(never been fond of NY or LA my whole life) so I went for the Yankees rivals. Grew from there. Red Sox fans are everywhere but I think I'm the only Eagles fan in Oklahoma. Oh and I like the Celtics. Same story as the rest really. Liked the players and colors when I was a kid. That and I'm Irish.

So I'm friends with a softball pitcher at OU and there's like 5 girls vying for the starting pitching position right now. I told her that if she doesn't get the position then she should say OU has no class, insinuate that the other pitchers are gay and then we'll go out in the parking lot and she can do sit ups while telling me how much she rules.

Well seems how they're last in the division now and the rest of the division is playing lights out. Yeah they'd need to have a huge turnaround and the other teams in the division would have to fall for them to do this.
