Damn. I won and dropped a spot in the rankings!
-
I watch them because I get ton of their games in my region and I only watch in hopes of an upset. And, then I realize the teams they face and laugh. TTU should give that OU shaky defense fits next week, I know that much. Yes b/c there schedule is so much easier than USC's.........
-
Nobody else has any thoughts on my game? Damn am I the only one that watches OU play during the season?
-
There wasn't much struggling at all actually......Oregon played them tough. But never at any time did it not look like OU was going to lose or come close to losing.
-
And the Sooners improve to 3-0 with a tough 31-7 win over Oregon.
-
Excellent.....I go 3-0........I'm a monster.
-
I don't understand the San Diego love. They all seemed like generic drunk college kids to me.
-
Everyone on this season annoys me....again! They're your typical pretty, stupid jackasses. Well they aren't as big of drunks as the San Diego cast. Not yet.
-
Are these the ones with all the changes that were posted a while ago?
-
No unfortunately I do not get Fox Sports World. I wish I did.

Wow, Bowling Green & Houston - OU is an unstoppable juggernaut! Miami's defense completely shut down a Top 25 team. Sure, Miami's offense was a bit off, but at least it was a win over a quality team, instead of a couple cup cakes. There offense still showed it's dominant. There defense is still in the top end of the nation. They are better than the team that everyone was calling greatest every last year. At least on offense. Now they don't have to worry about stuff like the Sugar Bowl happening when there QB gets shut down. B/c they have two 100+ yard rushers. Bowling Green and Houston. Your point? Bowling Green isn't bad. And they'll probably lay a beatdown on Oregon. At least they unloaded on these teams and weren't ever in danger of losing the games. Unlike the rest of the Top 10.
-
I agree with mod man! All they do is yell at each other and make fun of one another and call each other names. There's very little sports debating in there. Plus because of the time natured of the show they're trying to get there points out as fast as possible and they can't seem to convey anything.

I want to watch it. And I want to watch Rugby. Dude I play Rugby and I still don't completely understand the rules.

I don't really enjoy any of them. But at least none of them are Jim Rome.

And of course there's me. I will always like the 49ers and Chiefs b/c of my mom raising me on them. But The Eagles are the team I will stay loyal to forever. And of course..I bleed crimson and cream for the Sooners.

My mom though seems to go for more player loyalty. She didn't even like NFL football until she married my dad in the 80's. She watched a lot of college ball and then quit watching it and got diehard into the NFL. She immediately developed a crush on Joe Montana and the 49ers became her favorite team. Then Joe went to The Chiefs. She still loves the 49ers but had to follow Joe to. So she became a diehard Chiefs fan as well and hoped for a Chiefs/49ers superbowl so she didn't have to root for anyone and it became a win/win situation. Well Joe retired and she stuck with the Chiefs and she still likes the 49ers to. Lately though I think she's developed a love for Brett Farve, well ok she's loved the guy since he started playing. So now she's a Pack fan to.

My dad is kind of like the guy in the commercial. He seems to go with whoever is good. And he's been an NFL fan for 40 years!
-
See what I hate is when a team does good and you enjoy there performance and you say "Yeah I like those guys" and people are like "Bandwagon jumper!" Like the Pistons. I loved there performance against LA. Enough to where I can say "I like the Pistons." Now I'm not exactly a fan. I mean I'm not going to run out and buy Wallace jerseys and start rooting for them over my teams. But I will root for them when they aren't playing a team of mine b/c I like the collection of guys they have and I like what they did. But people will label me as hopping on the bandwagon.

Yeah I don't see how Miami is ranked higher than OU. Miami squeaked out a victory against Florida State. OU's offense lit up both of there opponents so far. That makes no sense. Hell I don't understand your rankings at all. They're all over the place.
-
Hey I'm still a 49ers fan and I still care about them. But I find it hard to get up for there games whenever they don't seem to be making any moves to improve themselves.
-
Well you can slowly become a fan of someone. Like I was a Chiefs and 49ers fan. And then the 49ers slowly started to suck and they don't seem to care. That pisses me off. I want to stay loyal to them but they don't seem to care! The Chiefs I still like. But then I remember back to my early days of watching football and seeing Randall Cunningham and the Eagles. I was like "yeah i liked those guys." and then when I got back into football and started watching more games I was like "I really like these Eagles...." and then boom I was like "I'm an Eagles fan. I like watching them play and I want them to win everytime I watch them." And if anyone calls you a bandwagon jumper.......who cares? You like your team.

Yeah there are a lot of people predicting that Texas will take it this year. OU's offense is better this year than it has been in previous years when OU dominated. Not to mention that Mack Brown will playing dueling QB's again.

It still showed how good our offense is. Jason White scrambled, our rushing game was alive. And Jason white threw for 257 yards and 2 TD's in the first half! The only problem they are still having is some problems with the defensive secondary. I'm a little bit worried about what could happen when we face a team that does nothing but throw. Because we can handle the rush. But our offense is so good now and our defense is good enough to where we can get into shoot-outs and then hold them down in the end.
