If USC loses OU will become #1 in the polls and probably not leave #1 until they are beaten(which probably won't happen. undefeated Orange Bowl baby!) Has that ever happened before? USC and OU start the season at #1 and #2 and they spend the entire season at #1 and #2 before playing each other for the national title undefeated? That'd be kind of wild. And I want it to happen. But I'd also like to see those smug bastards at SC lose there season opener.

I don't understand why there were some guys on ESPN saying this pretty much shot USC's national title hopes. They didn't come out and say it but they went on about how bad it hurt them and acted like they were going to suck. Pete Caroll's a great coach....he'll fix it.
