*ahem* I hate to rain your parade but it was only game one and the last time Larry Brown beat the Lakers in Game One...they got mauled in the next four. Yeah well that was in overtime and Philly wasn't half the team Detroit is. I like this though.......hell even if Detroit loses the series they still shut up all the morons that said they were going to get swept and had no chance of coming close to the Lakers. And it's like the announcers said....if Detroit didn't have so many damn turnovers then LA would've been crying big.

I don't ever trust a game being over with these bastards from LA. But then again....who said it's be a 4-0 sweep!? Yeah......don't ever try to become an odds maker. You'd go broke.

At least the announcers are giving The Pistons there just due. "The Lakers are only in this game b/c of Detroit's turnovers."

They'd better not. If I was Larry Brown that's what I'd be telling them right now. I'd tell them to play like the game is even and they need to pull away.

I hate LA and even I didn't think this would be happening. Of course watch them go on a 14-0 run with 5 minutes left.

I can't tell if LA is playing Detroit's game or not. They'll start to go offensively then Detroit will go back to smothering them.

This Finals has got a great story. They're building it up great. I have to admit though.......The Lakers may be "America's Team". They said it's a team you either love or love to hate. No middle ground. Well I hate the Lakers but I do love to hate them. I watch just to see them get beat. But I watch them anytime they're on.

What's funnier is that everyone is now acting like the horse is a failure and didn't win anything. He was 8-0! He won two huge races! And all his trainer cared about anyway was the Kentucky Derby! It's not like the horse is a total failure that didn't do anything.

Jordan's unretirement run didn't even end memorable....did it?

Spend 2-3 years working hard and racing then spend the rest of your life doing nothing. Grazing, eating, sleeping, banging lady horses. God damn horses......they have it better than all of us! Oh god! I just can't help but feel bad for the horse despite the fact that he doesn't know what's going on nor give a damn what's happening and he'll live the rest of his life like a king. But I still feel bad for him.

Well I was at the OU baseball regional. Which they lost 17-7 to UCLA. But it was all good b/c I was right behind UCLA's dugout and pissing off there coach with my trash talk to the point that he flipped me off and that had the 3rd base ump screaming at him to get back in the dugout. But while I was there everyone ran out of the main area and into the concessions b/c they were showing the race. So I found out Smarty didn't win. I sat there for a while feeling really bad about it. Then I realized that I was feeling sorry for the horse. Like "Oh man poor Smarty. He must be dissapointed." Then I realized.....he's a horse. He doesn't give a damn. All he knows is that he's been being treated very well for the past few months and he's going to continue to get this treatment. His trainer said himself all he cared about was the Kentucky Derby. So it's not like he's going to treat the horse bad for not winning. So I realized I don't care that he didn't win b/c the horse himself(the only one i care about) doesn't care that he didn't win and it's not like he's going to get treated any worse. He's going to live out his days on a farm in Philly doing nothing but banging hot lady horses and eating. Damn horse has it better than most of us!

Well today is the day. I think America is pulling for Smarty.

It's football.....duh. The Sooners are all we have.

No he was playing very sluggish. He just kind of gave up and didn't feel like trying anymore.

Oh and did you see the bored look in Tim Duncan's eyes during Game 6? You could tell he didn't feel like trying or winning. And Jake Delhome? I thought that guy was going to fall asleep during the super bowl.

Yeah people accuse me of being a rabid Sooner fanboy....as true as that may be the Laker fanboys on here are 10x worse. At least I admitted that LSU was a better team. Nobody will admit that the Lakers have any faults. If they lost it was "because they didn't feel like playing hard" Yeah......bullshit. In that case OU didn't feel like playing hard against KSU and LSU. Oh and The Eagles didn't feel like giving it there all against Carolina. Oh and Boston. They didn't feel like pitching there best against Aaron Boone. They just didn't feel like it. This Laker love crap is such bullshit it's not even funny.
