this is definitly late but since I couldn't get on to these boards because of fatal memory occurance, i might as well post now. The ball was no where near catchable thus nulling the penelty. It didn't. The receiver went down anyways. A pass interferance call like that is ridiculous, and it should never been called. The DB played the protection very good, and it was nothing more than good pass defence by the Panthers, but if one bad call was made, might as well make it another (The catch was complete, but wasn't).
