I tried Shadow of the Colossus for just a minute earlier, and yeah, I can tell this one is going to be great. The second I saw the first Colossus, it seriously took my breath away it was such an awesome moment. It's moments like that which really seperate games like GUN from games like SotC. I took a break from console games for most of this year, but Taiko Drum Master (I finally bought it the other day), Guitar Hero, Resident Evil 4 (thank God it came to the PS2), and now SotC have all brought me back to the fold. I also bought From Russia With Love (from only playing it for a second, I might end up thinking the same things about this one as I do about GUN) and Snake Eater ($10/new on Black Friday, I couldn't pass that up). Along with all of those, the only other console game I own is SDvsRAW 2006, all for the PS2.

Have any of you tried out GUN yet? I picked this up at Blockbuster tonight for under $40/used, and I'm already planning on putting it up on eBay pretty soon. To sum up how I feel about this game, I'll use the same wording that I used for a lot of other forms of entertainment: While it is a solid game, it's just so horribly and painfully average, that I just can't fully get into it. I don't know if that makes much sense to you guys, but that's the best way to put what I feel. I enjoy it for what it is, but there isn't anything about it at all that jumps out at me. Every aspect seems to just be very average, that's all. This one is a rental, and nothing more. I'm just glad that it's such a recent game that I'll end up playing it for free when all is said and done. Heck, I might even make a few bucks on it since on eBay they seem to be going for more than I paid for it. I know it sounds elitist, but with so many really good, fantastic games out there, I find it hard now to even play a simply average game. It sounds bad, I know, but I can't help that. I also bought Shadow of the Colossus, so hopefully I'll have better luck with that one. Also, if any of you care, all brand new video games are $39.99 at Blockbuster right now.

For anyone who didn't see it: All you need to know is that Randy Orton used the late Eddie Guerrero's car, to "kill" Taker, after a Rey/TBS tibute match, which Rey just earlier dedicated to Eddie. Just read that, and let that shit sink in.

The last thirty minutes of the SD special was the most tasteless thing I've ever seen in pro wrestling, period. I'm highly disgusted with WWE right now over all of this.

Well that was one of the most tasteless thirty minutes in WWE history, ugh. I can't even say too much about what I just saw.

That was a swinging neckbreaker RKO it looked like... This is one hell of a fucked up match, start to finish, wow. And, is this the longest ref bump of all time or what?

Ok. Seeing Rey reach towards the heavens, yelling 'Eddie' over and over again, just doesn't feel right to me at all.

The same way he beat Kevin Nash.

Wow, after seeing that picture of all of the tag teams, I'm on board with the idea of making the tag straps exclusive to SD.

If Eddie were still alive, he'd get a kick out of it. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I'm sure that's true. I'm just saying it seemed odd, that's all. Now if they go with an angle where Eddie possesses Rey to help him reach the top, then I might have some problems with it. I can just imagine in a match, Rey starts to cheat for some reason, then right after the match he is wondering just what in the world just happens, and claims not to remember any of it.

It felt wrong to me, seeing how wrestling is predetermined, and all of that, almost like they are using Eddie as a prop or something now. I know they don't mean it like that, but still. Maybe he should have just said that he dedicates this match to Eddie and his family. I love that they just showed that video package of the history of TBS and Rey. Why the hell don't they do more stuff like that for matches like this? This match could go a long way in showing more people just how Rey would do with winning a US or world championship.

A bit odd of them to show Rey praying before the match, asking God to let Eddie be his guardian angel, to help him win the match. I don't quite know what to think of that.

That was a pretty solid Benoit/Booker T match (aren't most of em though?) until that ending. Was that just a total fuckup by them? Benoit didn't kick out there near the end at all. I see Booker T winning three in a row, then Benoit going on to win three in a row also, leading into the final match.

They should literally just show Vince and Shane taking out the trash.

My God the fans are letting Cena have it tonight. This is a horrible, horrible match. Wow.

Did they have Cena say anything at all tonight?
