How about Gilltista?

I want to like TNA as well. I love a lot of the actual wrestling, and a lot of my favorite workers are in the company, but I fucking can't stand their booking. It's not even just that either, I just hate the overall feel of the show. It's as if they totally believe that all of the fans watching at home have full blown ADD. I know the company is technically called "Total Nonstop Action", but you need to slow the shit down every now and then. I despise how they instantly cut away from the matches and go to some horrible skit in the back. I especially hate when they do it after a big title win or something, and don't allow even a second for anything to sink in, to relish in the victory, to watch the winners celebrate or whatever.

Fuck em - I hope that I read online in the near future that they broke up. Preferably over something stupid like she asked him if she looked fat in a dress, and she was pissed at his response. That about sounds like something we'd hear from these two knuckleheads.

If Sting is going to step back a bit, or just leave TNA period, at the end of the year then I suppose Booker t would simply be a guy to step right into Sting's current spot in TNA.

I think it'll be Booker T for sure now. About Booker, from F4W:

I went ahead and made a thread just for this, since it seems to get more interesting as more news comes out about ECW. The TV deal ends at the end of this year, so it looks like it could end up a WWE.com show as it was meant to be from the very start. Why even have it, complete with a champ, if it is just going to end up a WWE.com streaming show? I usually enjoy the ECW TV show. Meh. -
Maybe I was just in a mood to watching wrestling, I dunno, but I enjoyed ECW more than usual tonight.

Bound for Glory taking place in Atlanta

I loved Sting's expression after Kurt Angle hit him right square in the face with the baseball bat (Sting was meant to stop the bat, but it went right between his hands). -
Pacman Jones Watch it be him, or Booker T or Ric Flair if they are fully out of WWE at that time.

TNA makes my head hurt.

FWIW, I'm almost 100% sure that I saw it as well.

I really, really like the return of HBK here. I also love Orton's sell of SCM, awesome once again. Anyway, how can the rating for RAW not be as low as, or lower, than the rating for last week? We get multiple Hornswoggle segments, Orton wrestling in three matches, and on top of that, it wasn't live and that seems to hurt the ratings more often than not.

http://youtube.com/watch?v=j_F_SH07nsE http://www.gonebabygone-themovie.com/ It's directed and co-written by Ben Affleck, staring his younger brother Casey. Also on board is Morgan Freeman, Michelle Monaghan, and Ed Harris. It's based on the novel by Dennis Lehane, most famous up to this point for being the author of Mystic River, an eventual Oscar winning film. I'm really going to be pulling for this flick, and more specifically for Ben Affleck. People have been giving him shit for years, myself included, and with good reason. However, maybe behind the camera is actually his niche, and where he belongs in the grand scheme of Hollywood. The trailer looks fantastic, the leads appear to be doing a great job, the direction looks very solid, the screenplay is great, and overall the film looks to me like it could indeed be of high quality. It opens this Friday, 10/19/07.

This Hornswoggle stuff needs to end, now. He was perfectly fine in small doses with Finlay, but this is too fucking much now. I can't wait to see the rating for this RAW.

The Robocop trilogy box set isn't bare: But yeah, if you just want the best version of the original Robocop, the recently released steelbook is the way to go - I personally have both releases. And yeah, the DC of Troy came out a few weeks ago. I ordered it from CH and got it about a week ago. I haven't watched it yet, but from what I hear it's an improved version of the film. The IGN review says: And although I feel that they're overstating it just a bit, almost all reviewers agree that it's a much better film, even if it's not "an entirely new movie" like IGN shouts.

That's a good point as well. No matter what you think, it was still a pretty rotten thing for them to do. I can't stand when people get in the business, waste so much money and time in getting them to a certain point, then bail after they have made a commitment once they finally decide they don't want to go on the road for such a long time. And yes, Brock, I'm looking right at you.

I don't have a problem with Vaine and O'Reilly leaving WWE, I say more power to em. Where I do have a problem with them is that they waited to do it until they had already debuted on TV. She is the one that attacked Torrie, right? Why go through with that one week, then the next week decide to leave? I know it's not a big deal, but that still puts WWE in a bad position, even if most wont remember it. It comes across as highly unprofessional and immature if you ask me.

I'll actually try to watch this one, using a stream. I'm not to the point with TNA where I feel like I should actually order (ie, spend actual money on) any of their PPVs just yet. -
Anyone else catch the really quick bit in the cold open where Michael called "colored paper" "collard paper", a throwback to Diversity Day, the second episode of the series.

I'd take another round of Taker/Foley please.

Why the shit don't more of you people talk about this show? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=82tD-NxJHF0 Day Man Fighter of the Night Man Champion of the Sun Master of Karate and friendship for everyone. It's my second favorite comedy on TV right now, right behind The Office and tied with 30 Rock. -
I got this in the mail today from CH, and I just finished watching it. I really, really loved this little flick. I've never known anything about the story, other than it's about Superman's death, so maybe that's why I think so highly of it, I dunno. Either way, yeah, I had a lot of fun watching this DVD.

Oh no, I sure hope they don't have Morrison beat Punk and then try to tell us that Punk lost because of the "BRUTAL MATCH" he had with BDV left him far too weak to win tonight.
