  1. "A comedian once said that if I'd killed her 20 years ago, I'd now be free." - Al Snow Come on Al, you should know who said that.
  2. Bah, the feminazis are on my list of people that I really hate. They are right up there with a lot of different screwed up groups. I can only imagine how this news story would be unfolding if it was a 34 year old male teacher with a 12 year old girl.
  3. Well, she's now saying that she lusts for the young guy, and a judge has lifted the "no contact" order, so they are free to do what they want now. It's said they are to get married soon. This is fucked up. Watch the two sell their "story" for a film release and/or a book, and be made out like just two normal people in love, a love that was perfectly innocent and eventually won in the end. That will disgust me so much if that happens. Second-degree child rape is not a beautiful thing, it's not something that people should be cheered on for, and it isn't something that should be glorified.
  4. Oh wow, a HUGE surprise in that The Village took a nose dive, dropping 67.3%. I can't wait untill next weeks total also for that piece of shit. The theater total for The Village actaully went UP since last week, to 3,733. No surprise here with Collateral at #1, but damn...I was hoping that it would make more than just $24.4, oh well. I expect Collateral to have legs however, very long and strong legs. Catwoman is, well, it's just being what we all knew it would be. Open Water also did well with a theater count of only 47, bringing in $1,035,000 and being #16 on the list this weekend. It averaged $22,021, and compared to the top two on this list (Collateral averaged $7,653 and The Village $4,442), that's great. 1 Collateral $24,400,000 GTD: $24,400,000 2 The Village $16,583,000 GTD: $85,727,000 3 The Bourne Supremacy $14,121,000 GTD: $124,336,000 4 The Manchurian Candidate $10,800,000 GTD: $38,509,000 5 Little Black Book $7,000,000 GTD: $7,000,000 6 I, Robot $6,300,000 GTD: $126,706,000 7 Spider-Man 2 $5,500,000 GTD: $354,570,000 8 Harold and Kumar Go to White Castle $3,200,000 GTD: $12,329,000 9 A Cinderella Story $3,045,000 GTD: $47,056,000 10 Catwoman $2,905,000 GTD: $36,070,000 Sincerely, ...Downhome...
  5. This sounds like something that would only be sold straight through WWE on Shopzone or something.
  6. Same here, same here. I've never actually heard the word pronounced, so I didn't know how to say it.
  7. At the very end in the train, when Vincent's head fell forward and he died, I wasn't wanting it to end there. When Max and Annie both sat in front of him, I was hoping to God that Vincent would open a single eye, with a closeup showing that to us the viewer, then close his eye again. Then, as Max and Annie are sitting there thinking this entire thing over, I wanted Vincent to open his eyes, pull out a gun, and tag both of them in the head, then stand up and get on a different train, and ride off. The way he told that story about the dead guy on the train riding around, and then at the end he asked Max about it again, it would have been so fitting for it ending up being that he was asking him that because he knew that in a second, he'd end up killing Max and Annie, while all along it was just trying to get us to believe he was talking about himself. I mean, as he says, he does this for a living. I still loved the movie, and the ending, but if he ended up killing both of them and getting away, I might have had to just get up and cheer for him, heh.
  8. Holy shit RRR, I agree with you again. That was damn well put so far. The only difference between us apparently, is that for the first time in a long time, I didn't think of Cruise as Crusie in this film. For me, I just looked at him like this badass Vincent. I don't think it was the best of the year either, but it's in the top three or five for me without a doubt.
  9. I just picked up the Band of Brothers DVD tin set at a local CD/DVD store. I just traded in a few shitty Xbox games that I got for $5 at the Circuit City sale a few weeks ago for it.
  10. I don't have a problem with JBL at all right now, and I never really did. Years ago I said on this very board, and everywhere else, that he'd be a world champ one day. I didn't think it would be this soon, I figured maybe in two more years from now, but whatever. I've loved his matches so far, his character, his interviews, and I've really enjoyed his mannerisms in the ring, and out. I'll give a pass to someone if they aren't outstanding in the ring as long as they can make up for it with interviews and overall character, and Bradshaw does that for me. But like I said, I've even enjoyed his matches. I can't wait to see what he can do with Taker. If any of you have the first Before They Were Superstars DVD, they have an old Taker/Bradshaw match on there, heh. I find it odd that he's now the champ, and Taker is after him now. I hope Bradshaw beats Taker, continues to get more and more cocky with possibly a group that he becomes the leader of, and is only knocked off when not too many really expect it, by a huge babyface underdog.
  11. If I knew five people here, or wherever, that wanted to do this I'd go through the process right now.
  12. What the hell is wrong with him saying that?
  13. That's odd. I've been a member of PayPal for years, and I've never had a problem with them.
  14. I'm starting to wonder why people dislike him in the first place. Almost every movie that he is in is great, and he even gets good reviews almost all of the time.
  15. Anyone know of a free email service that does not limit how many people you can send a single email to? I know that AOL will not allow you to send an email to a lot of people at a single time. I'm going to try it, without sending any money to anyone, and see what happens, just for the hell of it.
  16. When would the tickets for Armageddon go on sell? I've never been to a PPV before so I don't remember how early they go on sell. What are the prices at a smaller PPV like Armageddon?
  17. I just saw it also, and it is without a doubt one of the best films of the year. It's amazing how I can go from seeing a piece of crap like The Village one week, then the next see something that is just outstanding. Collateral is not the best movie ever, but it's damn solid and very well made. I was highly impressed with Jamie Foxx, and as I posted a few days ago he is well on his way to much bigger and better things. However, I was even more impressed with Tom Cruise. I know many want to hate on him, but I just loved his work in this film. He just fit into the role so perfectly, a role that is a good bit different from most of his other work. A great story, solid acting from everyone involved, great writing, fantastic direction, all equals a solid film, and a great filmgoing experience. EDIT: The more I think about the film, and all aspects of it, the more I love it. I'm being tempted to go watch it again, and I almost never do that.
  18. Attacking Bush over sitting in the school for a few minutes is one of the most fucking pathetic things that I've ever heard in my life. It Kerry was president, I sure as hell wouldn't have been pissed at him for staying calm, and not just rushing out. When you have to start bitching about that, it shows you are just desperate.
  19. In your line of thinking you should hate your kid, not the man, since SHE is the one that wanted it so bad and pushed it on the poor "innocent" guy.
  20. Bloody hell, she certainly wouldn't be able to have her kids in the future, not after this I wouldn't think. She shouldn't be allowed to even look at a child again.
  21. Because it was a young child, ugh. If you had an 11 year old daughter and a 33 year old grown man fucked her, would you be ok with it if he told you that "she asked for it and wanted it"? You are sick.
  22. My God, I can see where the logic in this thread is going. When someone says something as stupid as the following, it's just sad and pathetic. She commited second-degree child rape, CHILD RAPE. That's fucking disgusting, and if it were up to me she would be in prision for a hell of a long longer than what she ended up getting. Any adult who will have sex with a child... well, I better not say anymore.
  23. A woman shouldn't go to jail for raping a 12 year old?
  24. There is NO excuse for Eddie not acting more pissed at Angle, or Angle acting more pissed at Eddie. It's not a part of Eddie's character, nor Angle's. It's just stuipd as fuck booking. Eddie should be wanting to just tear Angle apart for causing him to lose the title, to Bradshaw of all people. Angle should be acting like he wants to kill Eddie for beating him for the title at WM and then "causing" him to lose his GM spot. I want a hot, emotional, fierce battle. Not two jokers just playing pranks on one another now and then. That's something for a lower card feud, not something for two guys like Eddie and Angle. Then again, I knew it would be lackluster for months. For the entire time that Angle was GM, he should have been making it hell for Eddie. Not RVD, not Cena, but Eddie. He should have been focusing all of his energy on making Eddie pay, then having Eddie just barely making it out alive much to the delight of fans, untill FINALLY, Angle pulls a fast one one Angle. Then, without the title in the mix, they could have a heated, bloody, and just a flat out intense feud, and match. The Eddie/Bradshaw feud was more intense than this one is going to be, and that's sad.
  25. You know, if I didn't watch wrestling and was just flipping through the channels and saw this big guy holding a midget in a standing 69 posistion, I'd be confused as fuck.
