I was reading yesterday's Indianapolis Star when I came across this comment from Charles Oakley, regarding Larry Bird's comments about white superstars.
"I respect Larry, and he's right. He's got a lot of white stiffs on his team right now that aren't doing much."
That was just a random quote, so I don't know if he was talking about the Pacers or the Celtics, but that's irrelevant. The fact is those "white stiffs" are, you know, IN the league, unlike Oakley who was cut from a borderline playoff team.
