If your house is ever broken into, always remember . . . Dead people can't talk.
-
Yeppers. Plus, it features a pretty hysterical Jericho promo in his dying days in WCW. "Pull up your pants, cause your drawers are hanging out, DADDIO!!!"
-
So the losing streak will continue and Shelton will get the belt. Mama's belt. Seriously . . . what did Shelton do to deserve this?

Not as bad as the Alabama Slamma.

From the sounds of things, if he executes a nice bodyslam, he'll be en route to Most Improved Wrestler of 2006.

I watched it. Jake absolutely tore his dad apart, and made him seem like a real scumbag at home. He talked well about his ex wife Robin though, and put the blame on their breakup all on him, so i'm assuming its about him ripping his dad apart. You mean Cheryl? I believe Rockin Robin was his sister.

The Raw season mode isn't a fun as Smackdown's because you always get your ass kicked by HHH at various points of the season and you're mostly a face, too. BTW, does anyone else find it hilarious when if you finish a quick match, someone like Michael Cole still says "What a match!" as if it actually went back and forth? Also, sometimes even after I've done a long match, Cole thinks the match ended too soon. Luckily on PSP, there's only commentary for the skits during Season Mode. However, I'm really getting tired of hearing "CRUSH crush KILL kill DESTROY!!!" every 10 minutes. And thank you atomsk for the info. I'll definitely go back to a SD storyline to get to the ECW storyline. Shame Rhino isn't in the game.

When Chavo's "Eddie" heat dies off in the slightest, he'll go back to being Kerwin White and denounce the Guerrero family name. Count on it.

Test had his foot caught in the ropes and Eddie took the plunge as he tried to exit the ring with the tangled ropes.

Yeah, it was kinda weird. He lost it on a Nitro dark match that was televised on WCW Main Event. -
Does anyone have a list of the available storylines? On the Raw side, I only get the Uneasy Allies storyline w/ the SD invasion. Haven't played all the way through it though.

I had all kinds of trouble finding VHSs of Vengeance 2002 and Judgment Day 2002. In fact, I never did find either. Yet, everywhere I look, there looks to be an overstock on King of the Ring 2002 VHSs.

I wish the lazy asses at wwe.com would get on the ball and update the WWE 24/7 Online matches for January.

I got the PSP version last night (didn't get a chance to play much) and don't have a PS2. Is the loading the same or worse for PSP? It felt like it took a half hour to load from the main menu to starting a Royal Rumble.

That's why I love the big galoot.

IIRC, Awesome vs. Steiner from Spring Stampede was pretty good despite it only lasting 3-5 minutes.

I'm definitely a card carrying member of the Tony Siragusa hate club. He's so damn loud and has never said anything the least bit interesting. I must be the only one that enjoys the SNF crew. I won't argue if they're good or bad because they're plenty bad but I find their banter entertaining. After sitting through the better part of 2 games earlier in the day, I can appreciate the more laid back approach of Patrick/McGuire/Theisman.

If that's the same match I think it is then I might have to re-watch it because I didn't find anything special with it, other than the significance of the participants teaming up. Sid gives the wussiest chairshots I've ever seen. Even Mooney knew it was a loosy-goosy chairshot . . . "Sid places the chair securely on the back of Hogan."

To expand on that, it was called the Slim Jim Challenge. IIRC, Orndorff defeated Duggan while Pillman upset Big Bubba Rogers to get to the finals. The episode also featured the last meaningful match in Steve Austin's WCW career when he got squashed (back at Center Stage) to Randy Savage in a 2nd round US Title tournament match.

In the "Countdown to Armageddon" (Royal Rumble) match on Thunder in Oct 2000, one of the Harris Boys comes to the ring which triggers this banter: Stevie Ray: He rolled into the ring. Tony Schiavone: He really did, he rolled right on in there. Stevie: He rolled into the ring!! Schiavone: And now pounding away on Alex Wright. Stevie: HE ROLLED INTO THE RING!!! Schiavone: I KNOW! Stevie: HE'S SAVING HIS STRENGTH!!! HE ROLLED INTO THE RING!!! Definitely my fondest Stevie Ray moment.

Who could forget Pat Tanaka using Goldberg's theme in WCW? Well, I lot of people could. -
Watching Nitro live, I enjoyed the fast pace of the show. However, on a 2nd look, they're awfully hard to rewatch as most matches go right to the finish as soon as the bell rings.
