The second item just seems like anti-Vince propoganda. Cena aligning with Vince vs Shawn, to me, seems like the way to go for WrestleMania. Cena vs Hunter would probably be a disaster if Cena stayed face.

Good episode overall, below average on the funny side. Michael trying WAY too hard to be a good leader and blowing it then give good counsel to Jim when he wasn't trying at the end was terrific. I like how they are making Michael have a wide range of emotions as opposed to just being a complete idiot. Although I'm sure Jim telling him about his crush on Pam was a mistake.

Jesus, Cena wouldn't stand a chance against Hogan. They would almost have to turn him heel for that match to happen.

It's too early to talk about the WrestleMania card at this point. The RAW main event alone could be any combo of Cena/HBK/Angle/Hunter/Hogan and maybe Edge (only because of MITB) and RVD (doubtful) at this point, and we don't even know who will be a face or heel (Cena especially). None of those matches really interest me that much though. And none of the possible RAW/Smackdown brand matches seem like they would be especially exciting either. It will probably end up being below average but who knows at this point.

The 2 hour Stern "sound checks" that have been going on the last few days have been infinitly better than Roth, despite crappy sound and messed up bits.

Is this all over that hell in a cell match...that was four years ago?

Angle vs HBK WM21 was a MOTYC, but only because the list of good matches was so short. The match really wasn't that good. Even as a guy that dislikes Shelton I recognize that at least Shelton/HBK was better. I'd argue Flair/Angle on RAW was too.

Hahaha this is worse than WCW '99. Anything can happen in the WWE I guess.

Artie agrees to much with Stern to avoid confrontation, which hurts the show. The guys yelling at each other was always great. Sal the Stockbroker has actually been carrying the show the last year with stories of his shit marriage and constant jokes against the rest of the crew.

Boogie Knights needs to win the WWE Tag Titles at this show.

Stern's been going downhill (slowly) since '94, but I still love his show. I only listened to a little of DLR before I shut it off.

So what did everyone end up doing? I got plastered and maybe about 30 drunken phone calls. EDIT: Oh, and although I barely remember getting back to my third floor apartment, when we did get back, the place had been broken into. Nothing was taken - except our couch, which the intruders threw over the balcony.

While not in a bar, my roommate puked EVERYWHERE inside his friend's living room last night. Pretty terrific.

Fuck that. Especially if it's something personal. Let's say, your mom was murdered, and you get a job in which you are a "celebrity". If before a show some guy is constantly jabbing at you about your dead mother, and how she was killed, are you really gonna let it 'roll of your back'? Whether it's professional or not. More then likely you're gonna be pissed. And yes, I realize they are two different situations..but fact remains a personal matter is a personal matter, who knows how hard Orton takes the AWOL thing. Somebody killing my mom and me going AWOL (Which would be a mistake on my part) would be two completely different situations and I would act differently. If somebody told Orton "Hahaha your mom is dead" I would take his side. Drawing a comparison between those two insults is insane.

How can anyone side with Orton. Believe it or not, the best way to respond to an insult ISN'T calling the guy a cunt and trying to fight him. Isn't Orton 26 years old? Real mature - definitely better than just letting the insult roll of his back.
