Wow. Not that I think the PS3 is worth the money but you don't know how to operate an internet connection? It doesn't take much to setup WiFi, and you don't know what Flash Memory is?

Outside of the memory, video card, fans, etc. Take out any network cards, wireless cards etc and then see if it boots. If so, add one at a time until you nail it down. It could even be something that is loose and not seated properly.
