I don't any excuses for at least two teams in the Sun Belt not to be at least bowl eligible every year. Louisiana has enough hs talent that Monroe and Lafayette should not be has bad as they usually. UZR is more involved than zone ratings. It takes the velocity of the batted ball into account (i.e. soft, medium, hard), and I believe a win probability system.
