Also, I'd like to solicit some suggestions for shoots to do once I get through the current to-do pile, which is just Kevin Von Erich until the Crash Holly, Ole Anderson, and Taylor from TE1 shoots come in. Some I have that I haven't reviewed yet are Jerry Lawler, Dutch Mantel, the Rock and Roll Express, Rob Van Dam (1997 or 1998), Tazz (1998 or 1999), and Juventud Guerrera. I'm open to other suggestions since I will be ordering some new ones shortly, including Vince Russo's shoot. Expect the sarcasm to fly on that one.

The only thing that's been said about it was that the person in question was someone who'd just come into the territory and thought they were hot shit. Considering everything I've heard, it would make more sense for it to be Brian Christopher because, on top of him thinking he is the greatest wrestler since the invention of Sliced Bread #1, he does a bunch of "ribs" which aren't funny IMHO. Someone did get back at him, though, by taping him to a urinal.

I'd say the game proved that USM and TCU were not evenly matched... keep in mind that the only games USM lost all year were to Cal (who beat USC), Nebraska, and Alabama. TCU didn't play teams anywhere that good and struggled in most of those games. I can't blame them for the C-USA schedule, which is mandatory, or Arizona, who was a top-10 team when they scheduled them, but I CAN blame them for scheduling Navy and Vanderbilt, two perennial cellar-dwellars. Considering how the school was considered to be a danger to the BCS in 2000, it becomes harder to defend scheduling two obvious patsies if they wanted to crash the gates.

Ok, that I don't get. But then, I also don't know who Karl Gotch or whoever is. Prince of Polyester eh? I'll have to steal that, what with my Polyester shirt and pants ($20AUD - at Lowes!) I'm pretty sure that the joke behind that one was that one Mixed Doubles partner was Jack and the other was Off, but that's just my guess. BTW, Karl Gotch is a legendary shooter who helped train many guys including Dean Malenko.

This fucking sucks. Goldust was doing fine until they officially broke up BookerDust, ostensibly because Booker was getting the WWE title. Between Booker getting fucked over by Trips and Evolution "electrocuting" Goldust as part of the feud (resulting in the shitty Tourette's gimmick), his career's been in the toilet for almost a year.

I think that horseshoe will fall out of their ass shortly... Even if they score with this one, Southern Miss will be watching for both the pooch and the regular onsides kick.

I can run all the college national champions since the year I was born ('80) off my head, and I assure you that Auburn was not one of them. Auburn was declared champion by the National Championship Foundation despite being on probation in 1993. They were also declared champion by some organizations in 1983, although Miami and Nebraska were also declared as champions by other organizations. His last big hit was Bad and things have been going downhill FAST ever since Dangerous, where the weird shit in the video to Black and White set off all this stuff because of his questionable decisions (the post-video destruction of the car / crotchgrabbing session, etc.) . The car-smashing portion of the video, 'Black or White', is meant to portray Michael Jackson overcoming and dominating racial slurrs, media scandals and the lies of people out to make money off his name. It's symbolic of that, and I don't see what is so controversial about it. UYI The part that was really questionable was the crotch grabbing. I lumped the car bit in there because it was superfluous to the video to begin with and then, once the crotch grabbing backlash started, he cut the whole sequence from future airings of the video instead of just cutting out the crotch grabbing.

Part of why it's injection now has to do with the residual stress on people involved with the execution. Example- A criminal justice professor I knew at Southern Miss used to be the warden of Parchman penitentiary and had to give up the job after two executions because he couldn't go through with another. Personally, though, I say that a lot of stress and preparations can be spared if the courts will start timing all the appeals for several inmates to expire on the same night. When you execute 2-3 inmates on the same night, it has the impact of one dying but the monetary costs to the state are less.

I understand that "journalists" can use their "creative licence", but this is just downright lies. The Vengeance show was headlined, without question, by Lesnar/Angle/Big Show, while Vince/Gowen was, arguably, the second biggest match (Taker/Cena was also featured). This is quite the exageration. However, saying that Vince/Stephanie headlined No Mercy is just ridiculous. Lesnar/Taker, Angle/Cena and Big Show/Eddie were all bigger matches, Vince/Steph was a friggin' midcard attraction, at best, about as big as Benoit/Albert. It depends in how you look at it... Vengeance was PROMOTED around Vince/Gowan, even if the main event was Angle/Show/Lesnar. Same deal with Vince/Steph for No Mercy (ME of Lesnar/Taker, which was to strengthen Taker for the Vince match) and Vince/Taker for Survivor Series (ME of Trips/Goldberg). The amount of TV time the McMahons give themselves for their angles makes their matches a semi-main at the least, as even World Title matches get less buildup than their matches.

Advance Wars Advance Wars 2 Fire Emblem any Castlevania title any Tony Hawk title Metroid Granted, I'm a war strategy gamer, but I've played Advance Wars 1 and 2 through multiple times and I'm working on Fire Emblem right now. If you don't know what it is, the best things I can compare it to are Final Fantasy Tactics or Shining Force, except the party system doesn't suck ass like in FFT (limit of 5 player-controlled characters? WTF? Fire Emblem's teams are typically limited to 9-11 once you recruit that many people.)

The only shoots SK did before me that I've done are Watts and Cornette and that's because a bunch of people requested Watts and I felt SK did a piss-poor job on Cornette ever since I read it in 2001.
