Not really a big deal. It's back to normal. Last week was special because of Rocky.

Maybe Kane not commenting about his father's death had an underline story to it. By not commenting on such a tragedy that involves his half-brother and father, he's leaving that family in the past, and focusing on his new family with Lita and his baby. Or they just didn't bother discussing it. One or the other.

Best North American Match Tournament

I think you maybe right, because on Velocity last week, Stamboli was playing face to a jobber.
-
It looks decent. But lemme get something straight: Eddie's still feuding with JBL? Cena/Booker/Dupree/RVD are still feuding (if RVD/Dupree feud, they would have done every variation of feuding save heel/heel and face/face)? I'm not going to complain yet, but I really, truly hope they get these storylines moving.

I find it interesting that you have two long time WWE faces in RVD and Edge as heels. Good reads.

Big Show
CanadianChick replied to A Guy Who Injects Heroin Into Kids' Eyes 's topic in The WWE Folder
I have no idea when he's coming back, but a high end heel could be really useful to Smackdown right now. Unless Taker is in fact a full fledged heel, Bradshaw is the only top heel on Smackdown right now. -
Since it's in Canada, and arguably your three biggest faces right now are Canadian (Benoit, Jericho, Edge), they will get screwed over to put extra heat on Evolution. I'm thinking Edge and Benoit get screwed in their matches (handicap, whatever) and Jericho gets a good one-on-one match to take advantage of being in Winnipeg only to get slaughtered by Batista after the match with a chair. It'll be like the McMahon-Helmsley era all over again, except "Steph" is a lot less attractive.

Thrillseekers (Storm/Jericho) vs. Heavenly Bodies: SMW-NIght of the Legends (I think) Not only is it a very good match, but Jericho bleeds like a pig. It was probably one of the sickest blade jobs I've ever seen.

Because he likes feasting of the innocent, or something like that. Apparently, it you're a babyface female, you're innocent.

Maybe it's just me, or Triple H does a really good job at being evil, but I kinda feel uncomfortable when I watch Eugene/HHH. I loved the tag match. The beginning was pretty cool, as it was the same as the start last week, except Jericho learned from Edge's mistake and started to quicken the pace after only one punch while Edge kept doing the singular punches until it was too late. Very nice touch indeed. I also loved the finish and how the legal men were involved in the pinfall. Kudos to Edge for not pinning Batista after the spear. Major kudos to Jericho for the nice selling of the concussion. It was great how this match built to seperate matches quite nicely. I liked the main event quite a bit, as it showed how resourceful Benoit was. I loved how JR and King played it up as impossible for Benoit to win, and he did...cleanly! And I like Kane using the countout to his advantage. Great way to get the crowd into the match. The Lita thing at the end was sort of stupid, and could have waited until next week to get that point across. Speaking of Lita, please don't let her act anymore. When you have Stacy looking like an Oscar award winning actress in comparison, something's wrong.

I'll take Cena's supposed lame raps (even though I still dont' mind them) and him being over before I take Bradshaw seriously as World Champ. I really don't care that he's a bad wrestler. Okay, I do, but that's not my main concern. I'm just concerned that this guy went from jobber tag team to top heel in a span on two monthes.
-
Oh, I thought that everything was laid out and all he had to do was resign. Nevermind then. I was sort of hoping that Cena would lose the US Title and win the WWE Title from Bradshaw.
-
You gotta remember one thing humongous2002: RVD hasn't resigned yet. Why push a guy where there is a possibility he won't be with the company in a month from now?
-
I don't know about the Bashams. I mean, they go from Shaniqua to Dawn Marie? It just seems strange to me.
-
Another idea: pair off the women with wrestlers. It's what they are best at. Put Torrie with the team of London/Kidman if those two stay a team. It gives the fans something to care about intially before they garner interest by themselves. Put Dawn Marie with Dupree, like they were going to originally. Or put her with any heel that may get pushed soon in the future. She proved to be a fine valet with the Impact Players in ECW. Why not capitalize on that? Instead of only being on TV when the monthly bikini/bra&panties contests occure, take advantage of her bitchy personality. She does that pretty well.

It's not a solution per se, but pushing the cruiser division could really help. Now don't get me wrong, it wouldn't be the focus of the show. But SD needs something that makes it unique from Raw. I always liked it in the beginning of the brand split when Tazz and Cole would brag about having the cruiser division. It's a very good supplement to a show. It could be similar to how it was in WCW. NOt necessarly the focus, but an integeral part of the show. Another thing: for the love of God, progress the damn storylines already! You could have not watched SD from Judgement Day to GAB, and you wouldn't have missed a thing. Make the show can't-miss in terms of storyline if it isn't (which it won't anytime soon) can't-miss wrestling wise.

That'd be funny, actually. Pretty stupid, since they're the same company, but funny. Actually, it'd be only funny in its stupidity.

RudoCurry Industries Present: A Flair for the Cade
CanadianChick replied to RavishingRickRudo's topic in The WWE Folder
Alright CWM. Had someone posted the intial article, and RRR and LOTC had chimed in their opinions of the article then, would it have been alright then? Again, this won't be a problem in the future, because they are PMing these. I personally don't have a problem with it, because to me, it's like posting an article that someone else on some other site wrote (like the Vince Russo thread). If another mod does, then so be it. For now though, the thread stays in this folder. -

I personally have no problem with this thread, since it is based on an article. Sure, they ranted and broke down the article peice by peice, but that's pretty much just giving their opinions on the article. If it is that much of a problem, don't worry; RRR and LOTC said they'll be PMing these in the future. As for the Brock Lesner thing, the main part of discussion was him saying he regrets going to WWE, which obviously has something to do with WWE, hence it being allowed to stay in the folder. -

Yeah sure, sign me up. What can I say? I'm a sucker for funny, bitter smarks. -
Well at least some good will come from this retarded pregnancy angle. But that means more Lita acting. I'm not sure which is worse really. I'm hoping that three monthes in (or whenever it is when pregnant ladies just begin to show) she'll have to disappear for six monthes. It's more realistic that way, right?

Your bias sickens me. Alright, we get that you think HBK and Flair are the greatest wrestlers ever, but no need to rub it in all the time! We can take the hint! Geez.
