  1. I find those more actively bad than boring.
  2. I think necrophilia takes the cake for me. That's just disgusting
  3. Chuck doesn't surprise me one bit. Nidia and Gail being fired is a bit surprising though. Are they slowly getting rid of the women's division, or are they bring up some new talent from OVW?
  4. Um, alright. Thanks for adding the the thread and bringing up someone that has absolutley nothing to do with the topic! To be honest, I want to see the reaction he gets at Survivor Series. It's tough to judge reaction from Smackdown. If he gets the crowd going, sure, he'll be fine as a (I'm assuming) transitional champ. If he doesn't, than I don't feel he brings anything to the table.
  5. The Cena/Booker series. I was just incredibly bored during these matches. Although those weren't as bad as the neverending Christian/Booker series... I guess I just can't get into Booker.
  6. The top rope, reverse DDT thingy. He misses it half the time though.
  7. Funny, but we've got a thread on it already.
  8. I LOVE how at the end, Maven's finisher garnered no reaction while the Lionsault and RKO did. Oh, good times. And Edge is good as a cocky heel. He had me laughing tonight, but not as much as.... Kiss of Death-Lita! That was pretty funny. Not a great Raw, but entertaining enough.
  9. Oh geez, are you kidding me? Yes, Show and RVD do, well, suck. But Booker T does as well. You are fooling yourself if you think otherwise. He is the most boring person on the WWE roster, ring wise. Seriously. His series with Cena earlier this month was the cure for insomia. At least Show and RVD do things to get excited about. Fan during a Show match: "Wow! This guy is huge! Did you see him throw (insert wrestler) across the ring? That's awesome!" Fan during a RVD match: "His kicks rule! And his 5 star frogsplash is awesome! 4:20!" Fan during a Booker T match: "Yah, the spinaroonie!" Seriously, the whole "Booker T is a good worker" thing is old. He sucks and is boring in the ring.
  10. I wouldn't mind the concept of War Games without a cage. It gives Raw a little uniqueness. And who cares if Maven is there. Someone has to take the pinfall if the faces lose.
  11. What the hell does that even mean? The only time a female character isn't bland is when the focus is on them. Molly wasn't always generic heel #293. During her last run, she was bad ass, bullying around Gail, plotting to take out Trish....
  12. Well Jericho is Christian.... Hey! Maybe he could get a preacher's gimmick! It worked well for D-Von! Right? RIGHT?!?
  13. Although it's been said, yeah, Benoit winning at WM XX, and the ECW invasion for sure. I was too shocked to mark out when Jericho won the Undisputed Title, but then was pretty much marking hard after. Although I'm pretty sure I'm alone on this (damn you Edge haters!), but Edge returning ruled. Yeah, not the best way to return (spearing Bischoff), but hell if I cared! And two more markout moments were two different title "changes". Jericho's phantom win on Triple H ruled. RVD's phantom win over Taker was awesome too. It was just so out of no where. I actually remember jumping out of my seat.
  14. Well Chris Jericho is hawt. Uh, welcome.
  15. Yeah, it was a pretty kickass finish. But they are just doing this to set up for Survivor Series. Benoit/Jericho/Orton/Maven vs. Evolution and Edge. The other faces were just there for show tonight.
  16. Molly is consistant enough with her character, regarding how she acts, speaks, carries herself, ect. The writers aren't though. You're right: Molly shouldn't have been aligned with Trish. Really, none of the heel girls should be aligned with Trish unless a group is formed. Which shouldn't happen. Ever.
  17. I love her as a heel. Yes, she does rip off Nicole Sullivan, but who cares? No one watches MadTV, and that's a pretty dated character anyways. I love the little things she does in the ring especially. Molly is pretty good at yelling at the crowd, but Trish amplifies it. As for her overacting, it's welcomed, in my opinion. When you have so many girls who rely on the "sexy vixen" persona as a heel character, it's great to see a girl who goes so over the top to get people to hate her. Frankly, she has to, because of her good looks and how she's been promoted in the past (hottest girl in the company).
  18. Maybe if the wives/husbands aren't part of the business at all? Those marriages always seem alright.
  19. Yep, when Edge was off for surgery. Must have realized that they weren't really right for each other when they spent so much time together.
  20. Isn't that pretty much the reason for all family breakups? Owen turned on Bret because of that, didn't he? Yeah, it was deeper, but the basis was there. Same with Edge and Christian.
  21. Nope, doesn't appear so.
  22. - The house show in Green Bay drew about 2700 last night. [PWInsider.com] - Trish Stratus has been having numbness in her hand recently. She will be seeing a doctor about it soon. [PWInsider.com] - Training for Tough Enough started today. All eight competitors will appear at the Smackdown taping on Tuesday. It is expected that Tough Enough will take up a lot of time on Smackdown each week as they will have taped footage as well as live footage involving the participants. [WrestlingObserver.com] - The highest rated segment on Smackdown this week was a 3.4 for the Tough Enough segment. [PWTorch.com] - Hulk Hogan has been hinting that he wants to work a tag match with his daughter, Brooke, against Vince and Stephanie McMahon at an upcoming WrestleMania. Brooke apparently hates wrestling but might go along with the idea to promote her singing career. [PWTorch.com] - Vince McMahon missed RAW on Monday due to the Survivor Series press conference. With him gone, word is that the agents meeting was a mess and the RAW script didn't get finished until much later than usual. [PWTorch.com] - WWE's Smackdown house show in Minneapolis, Minn. last Monday drew almost 4000 fans with 3000 fans paid in advance. WWE was said to be very happy with that crowd, especially considering that game six of the ALCS and RAW were on at the same time. [PWTorch.com] - Many wrestlers attended Edge's wedding last week including The Hurricane and Christian. [PWTorch.com] --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Hopefully it isn't a neck injury with Trish. Do we really need anymore of those? The Hogans vs. McMahons? Hopefully that was just a joke that people took too seriously. Because, uh, who cares about Brook? And finally, congratulations to Edge. Lucky bitch...
  23. Long has been somewhat impartial. My main change would be giving a reason for people to care about a character. They are getting a bit better with this, but it should extend to all characters. Why should I care about Venis one way or the other? Because WWE told me so? Why should we care about Shannon Moore? Because he's pretty? With the reason for the camera, I concur. No one pulls a camera aside anymore to give an interview or to show something. One of the last times that happened that I remember somewhat clearly is when Jericho dragged a camera to the room that he hammered Chyna's hand. Stuff like that is cool.
  24. Um, when voting for Tough Enough, what are we suppose to base our voting on? Looks? Is this just the male version of the Diva Search? Shannon's look was surprising, to say the least. Still a cutie-pie though. I'm actually a bit shocked that Moore got that much offense. I like the RVD/Rey team, especially if neither are doing anything. They have some pretty fun double team moves. Maybe it's just me, but the whole Angle/Jintrak/Big Show/Luther/Eddie thing is boring. I just can't care about Jintrak, or Angle for that matter. I don't mind Luther, though. Not sure why. Eddie is getting a bit stale too. So, who's Chavo's old friend? Are they just going to make up some history between London and Chavo? Or is Rey/Eddie getting inserted in this feud?
  25. Was Edge suppose to really "pull off" anything? I thought he was just in the movie for a bit and had, like, six words to say... Although him doing to movie was worth it, only for the "Edge wins the Oscar" 5 second pose E&C did.... Anywho, I'm sure Trips did a fine job at "intense, bad ass, bad guy". The guy does do the role every week, so he's pretty familiar with it, I assume.
