Test was a smark darling?

If this is accurate, I'm confused. They've built the Rhyno/Tajiri vs. La Rez for 3 weeks about, and then they just drop it? The IC champion, and a Toronto native to boot, won't be on the card? Am I the only one who sees a problem with this?

Well, him and Kidman had a mini backstage promo ("We got to win to get some respect!" "Yeah!"), but no interview or anything like that, if that's what you mean.

But I just can't think of a logical reason why they'd leave off that rivilary all together from the DVD. Not that I'm really complaining, since I got most of Jericho/Benoit matches on tape, but it seems truly odd.

Those two matches depend on each other. If the IC Title match is a three way or even four way, I don't think the US Title match will also be a triple threat. Ultimately, it comes down to who WWE would leave off the card: RVD or Batista. With this, I think it's more likely to see Edge/Jericho/Batista and Cena/Booker. Although, judging by the Smackdown main event tonight, wouldn't a RVD/Booker T match be more logical. Of course, they wouldn't leave Cena off the card, so I digress.

I haven't seen any evidence that London can pull off a great promo, but I haven't seen anything that convinces me he can't either. It'll like judging a guy's drawing abilities when he's never had an oppertunity to. And I can why being small would be a reason why he wouldn't necessarly get pushed, but I don't see it as a reason why he doesn't deserve to be champion.

He'll be fine. He's a Micheal's student, right? I doubt he'll get 'helddown' in years to come. He's got connections. I can't comment on the Next Big Thing comment, since I've never seen a promo of his. If he can cut a good one, I'd agree. I like his ringwork, and he has good in-ring charisma.

I'm glad that after reading this thread, I'm assured I can cry without consequence. Whew.

I'm hoping that in the future, they have a Chris Jericho and Chris Benoit: The History DVD. They have so many good matches together, that it could easily be a DVD. Maybe after just one more feud for the World Title to round it up, they could make one. I'm thinking that there's GOT to be a reason for no Jericho stuff, and I'm really hoping this is it.

Man, Flair would be ready to kill if he read that! Anywho.. The Eddy/Hoff segment was hilarious. Eddy acted perfectly in the role and the little "You're a good guy, just don't get in the Thrillogy's way" was awesome. The Synth/Alix vs. The Skulls match was good. I loved Silverman checking down Alix's top. Hey, it's realistic! Drek's promo was pretty dark. I like it! Nice job. Lee Marshall? Where did he come from? Glad he got fired. Never liked that guy anyways...And just how does Sly think he's going to make sure it's him and Calvin? Hmmmm... Hoff's pretty good, I must say. But don't tell anyone I said so.... I like the Hand/Bryte/Panther stuff, but is it possible for someone to be so indifferent towards murder? It certainly makes him a huge heel, so mission accomplished. I haven't read the last match yet, but I'll get to it. Good HD. And thanks for the compliments on the promo.

Well, it depends. If Kane isn't doing anything with Hardy, then yes, I can see that happening. But if he is, then a triple threat is pretty likely, I think. Nah. I think they're going to let that stay at rest for awhile. NO need for London or Kidman to kill themselves. AS, you are such a loser.

AS, why did you cut up my post? Being on the jobber show is fine, as long as he's on the main show to. It's always nice to bring up the show's credibility a bit, but not at the expense of the main show.

Before Evolution, Orton and Batista weren't really anything special.

This is stupid. I can't believe JBL isn't actually on Smackdown. I don't like the guy, but he's the champion. He should be on the main show. I don't mind he's on Velocity, but if he is, he should also be on Smackdown, and so should Taker. Either than that, the show looks good. Anyone find it weird that RVD and Booker were the final two instead of Cena in there? Three way dance maybe? Who knows.

Wouldn't that be almost the exact situation that RVD had with Austin? You know, with Austin paranoid because people asked RVD for advice instead of him, ect. And as someone else already said, it would turn RVD face, so his heel turn would be pointless.

My boy? Well, I consider both Jericho and Edge my boys, so your theory's shot. While I'm not going to get in an Edge debate, they *would* hammer down his hometown, quite shamelessly. They do that all the time, especially with Canadians.

I liked the match. A clean win would have been nice and all, but I don't believe Benoit looked bad because he needed help. He was getting beatup 3-on-1. Eugene just evened the odds. Although I'm pretty surprised HHH stayed down that long because of the chair shot. He was down a good minute, at least.

To explain Kane not being on the card, they can have him beat the ever-loving shit out of Matt next week so viciously, that he gets suspended, or something equally lame. Or, they could add Matt/Kane as a ninth match. Heat Match: Either a random women's match, or Rene Dupree vs. RVD.

A big guy, mid-card to upper mid-card guy (US Title level), and a cruiserweight. First of all, you got a guy for every title (except for tag team, but any 2 combo could win it). Secondly, no one overshadow's Angle, as the next highest guy, card wise, is the upper mid-card person. I'd like to see Luther, RVD, and Shannon Moore (dude needs a stable). More realistically, I think it'd be Luther, Dupree (I guess), and Noble.

I would prefer a impartial GM. The only one we've had since the brand extension has been Steph. As long as she just stays a GM, I'll be fine with her.

Oh, for sure. But they seemed to be kept seperate. Neither one has had practically anythign to do with the other as of yet.

Really, either one could be. All three of them will be the future, so I think we will see a ton of matches with that combo. I doubt that at any one time, all three will either all be heel, or all be face.
