  1. Many metal bands have great lyrics. I find that the better lyrical bands usually have cleaner vocals, which makes sense because if your just going on like Skinless does about tearing up people and shit, it really doesn't have to be that eloquently done. A band like Type O Negative or Lacuna Coil needs good lyrics since the way they perform is more vocal oriented.
  2. This is ridiculous.
  3. No. James and Mills are the same players Atkins and Hunter is, but we get another first rounder. Ainge is looking to a build a bit from the draft. Bring up the contract? No need. 4.5 mil for 2 more years is not even gonna budge the process of rebuilding the Celtics. We gave up NOTHING and we gained a pick. That is not a bad move when you have the space to do so. Atkins can be just as good as James. The only questionable thing about this was he helped Detroit get Rasheed, but that's not a huge deal. I do doubt that Rasheed will be a Piston by next season.
  4. I've given you love before, unappreciative bastard. I know, I forget. I was having an It's a Wonderful Life moment. Sorry I wussed out. It's official...Lacuna Coil, God Forbid, and Dimmu area all Ozzfesting. I'm very glad for God Forbid...they're great live and from when I've spoken with them, they are very deserving of success. And Lacuna Coil, too. I got in a car accident and my friend went to an in store appearance for them and got them to sign a get well card. I love Christina Scabbia
  5. There is a differnece between hardcore and emo. Emo is a type of wussy, watered down hardcore. ETID is in your face and intense. The metal community hear would propably like 18 Visions as well. EDIT: POST 3000~!!!!!!
  6. Good deal, Chick. ChokenOne, I can answer your question. I get no love in these metal threads. Anyway, Every Time I Die is a thrashcore band that is pretty good. I reccommend them. They are much better than the ultra-trendy hardcore bands From Autumn To Ashes and Shai Halud. They sound like early God Forbid (pre Determination.
  7. With Rasheed and Ben down low, there will be rebounds o plenty.
  8. Jindrak and Cade are still on Raw.
  9. This Eddie Y2J Stinger commercial is really goofy.
  10. That post lead to me spitting iced tea on my monitor.
  11. I don't think it's that bad. It's kind of grown on me. The vocals are what kills it.
  12. If someone told me that Cena, Angle, and Guerrero would be the three biggest faces on SD, I would have told them they were nuts.
  13. Now I can sleep safely knowing that T & F are preserved in TSM history. Thanks Sass!
  14. Not sure. A quick Google search pointed out that they've had at least one Ozzfest in Vancouver in 1999. Just out of curiousity, how far away is Seattle from Vancouver?
  15. hmmm...you triple posted about a royal rumble winner. Well, the only three time Royal Rumble winner EVER was STEVE AUSTIN
  16. Definitely. I always wondered why they didn't do something like this back in 98-2000, when wrestling was cool adult entertainment.
  17. and RIC FLAIR eliminated him during the 1995 WCW US Title tourney...
  18. I think it was Vilano IV or V.
  19. That thread is not classic material. Fertig and Tomko deserves to be classic.
  20. I don't know how long I see Ainge with the Celts. Eventually his bosses are going to get panicky. It's not like he's pulling an Isaiah and doing meaningful trades.
  21. Tour dates haven't been announced yet.
  22. and NORMAN SMILEY was a sick freak who liked to wear his clothes
  23. Its not even worth the hassle. What a fucking waste of money. That is all. Yeah, but it's only a waste of money to the beer company. WWE would get licensing fees from them in exchange for the use of Austin.
  24. It's not just you. I miss Croce.
  25. I still think it's kind of funny that both former Pistons Isaiah Thomas and Joe Dumars were both actively seeking Rasheed. I still have a feeling he's going to wind up in New York for next season.
