Indeed. I feel the same way about Highway 61 Revisted by Bob Dylan as you do about Sign O' The Times. It has a bit of filler that isn't present on Dylan albums like Blonde On Blonde and Blood On The Tracks.

1999 is filled with mostly overly long dance songs, as is my understanding, yes?

While I'm not criticizing you, SP, I do find it odd that a lot of people who say this exact same thing are also constantly ragging on Gore and Kerry for having a lack of charisma.
