He didn't say "positive" feedback and reaction. Also, how does that change the fact that the storyline is insulting and stupid? The same voting process that wanted Test to be the new Evolution member and K-Kwik to lead the Alliance, right? The last part of this has already been countered. Also, Matt is VASTLY understating the criticism, since Lita botches moves nearly every match and her offense looks like total crap. How much of it is sold, though? Also, where's Hurricane and Matt himself's big push if merchandise sold is such a big deal? Trish consistently LOSES viewers when she's on TV, since she's so overexposed. Torrie has the tendency to do the exact same thing if they don't quickly yank her back off TV. He's roughly half-right. That's such a measure of quality--however isn't Smackdown bombing quality and financially? Wow, I'm totally convinced. When the fans "worked against" them and watched WCW, WWE was forced to get better. That's the whole point of the "brand extension," "Matt," you idiot. It boils down to "watch, and if you criticize do it constructively, although we know better and will do what we want anyway."

It looks tremendous. May I ask why you think it looks terrible? I'm not Choken, but for me it was Will Farrell doing a character I wouldn't have liked on SNL, and sure as hell wouldn't want to watch a whole movie about. Because Ace Ventura was so good.

What legal precedence is there? Do fanfiction sites get shut down for the same reasons?

Y'know the worst thing about Cole? All the LAME nicknames he makes up. Anyone remember MANSTER? Now he's calling Suzuki the Bronze Warrior, and before he got demoted, he pulled "Pale Rider" out of his ass for Mordecai. And sadly, Tazz ussually goes along with this stuff. Anyway, it does look like a much improved Smackdown. Too bad about the champ still. I thought Manster was coined by Tazz? Although it could have been a JR-fed brainfart. Don't forget about John "C-Note." Bronze Warrior is stupid because he looks like he has the same complexion as millions of other Japanese folks, and he doesn't wear any actual bronze as part of his entrance attire or anything. It almost sounds like a nickname for his genitalia, and (speaking of "Pale Rider"). then he could call Hiroko his... Has Mordecai come out on a horse or anything? Does he look like he'd even know which way to put a saddle? Of course, I'd prefer they not throw in elements of the Seven gimmick because it's stupid enough already. Maybe he's a Pale Bus Rider or Pale Taxi Rider? I'd swear they were JR-isms, but they're even more arbitrary and nonsensical. Maybe it's ones JR would be too embarassed to use himself.

That's, you know, what I said in the post you replied to? As for the second part, ask some one who watched SD then. So likely: A) Despite Big Show nearly killing him, he and Angle will probably shake hands and forget about the whole mess, then get together to plot against Eddy. =P B) Big Show returns as a face, and WWE pushes him as such, despite the fact that he tried to kill Angle. C) Big Show goes to Raw, the absolutely most idiotic choice that WWE could do considering the vacuum at the upper card on SD. There's no acceptable, sensible scenario out of those. Unless Angle completely flip-flops and turns face, and Big Show returns as a heel, there's little you can do without resulting in gaps in logic, continuity, or SD's roster. SD needs Show, IMO.

What I have a problem with is a director clueless about making American action movies, a terrible script, a lead actress that's lousy for the part who apparently uses wooden delivery, goofy dialogue the likes of Schumacher's Batman, a ridiculous costume, Sharon Stone being in it, the whole thing being promoted exclusively on Berry's name and the promise of TnA, and the lack of any connection to the Batman universe...well, that's a plus with all the other problems, but you get the point. I'll probably have more gripes once I see it.
