OK, I take back that a runoff would help 3rd Parties "a lot," but pepole could actually vote for whom they really wanted to in the general election and not worrying about throwing away their vote. Plus I feels a little more democratic that in the end it's garunteed that the winner eventually some sort of approval from a majority of the voters.

So, according to Deadspin, Cuse is -22 at Cincy, despite winning at Notre Dame last week. I would expect the Orange to still loss in the double diggets, but that spread is retarded. I know no one else cares, but congrats to Julian Edleman for single handily beating Buffalo in his last game as a Kent State Golden Flash. If only KSU could get some decent specail teams, they'd at least make a crappy bowl and I could die happy.
