Yeah, can't see why anyone would find that tasteless/offensive.

Shannon Moore & Doug Basham had a match on Velocity roughly a year (I think) before Doug was called up to team w/ Danny. Match was pretty good IIRC. Doug did a good job drawing heel heat despite the fact that nobody knew who he was. Anybody have the date of that match?

How in the hell does Kip Wells pitch a 4-hit shutout, striking out 12? And Vicente Padilla doesn't fill me w/ any hope tonight. Outside of the 12-1 homestand, what have they done this year that gives you any hope? And down 1 starting pitcher (2 if you count Padilla), w/ Charlie's utter inability to be even a half-way competent manager, I'm not holding out any hope.

His ringwork might not be the best, but, and you wouldn't know it lately from how he's been booked, he is a great talker. When a guy is great at something, you really should find a place for him on your roster. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I agree he can talk, but what would you do with him? Make him a manager? Can't do that because he's male. Have him talk shit only to get squashed? It's been, what, 3 years now, and the guy is still awful in the ring. A low card guy who can only talk, and who was frequently injured, is expendable, IMO.

Me, too, but I'm more pissed that Akio was let go. A full-on Akio/London feud would have been fantastic. I liked heel Kidman, but there's been rumblings that he was thinking about retiring due to his recent string of injuries, so this probably makes it easier for him.

Jordan is ass. I can't see myself buying into a competitive match between the 2. Benoit should just destroy him.
