  1. People need to let this go, too. That was 4 years & 1 broken neck ago. The guy throws Lita-level punches. The only thing the guy has going for him is the Worm. I don't know why he hasn't been let go yet, especially considering he hasn't seen TV action in, like, 4 months.
  2. But nobody's calling for the cruisers to completely take over the ME scene. I think everyone would be pretty happy seeing them be a consistant part of the midcard, where they can put on entertaining matches and keep the crowd into the show. The midcard isn't expected to draw (that's the job of the guys on top), so you're not really sacrificing anything by putting them on the show, and they just might end up stumbling across the next HBK (hey, who thought scrawny Midnight Rocker Shawn Michaels would end up being 1 of the biggest names in the sport?).
  3. Now that Charlie Weis went to ND, I guess I'd be willing to give Saban a shot.
  4. Ah, well, nevermind. Maybe someobody else will get a chuckle out of the line.
  5. I take it you've never seen "Rocko's Modern Life"?
  6. The cheese is the best character on the show.
  7. Article on Yahoo Yeah, I can't see this going on for too much longer.
  8. I hope she didn't disfigure her face!
  9. Bestest question: which mod will close this thread?
  10. I'd be afraid she'd devour me post-coital in a mantis-like fashion.
  11. Get out of here
  12. From TVShowsOnDVD.com About time.
  13. FYI, there's a great post ("Building Brock" by Justin Shapiro) in this thread on CRZ's board about how the WWE did a great job at building up Brock, only to screw it up towards the end.
  14. ND is supposed to be a top-shelf program. 7-5 and a mid-level bowl doesn't cut it at top-shelf programs.
  15. The WWE went down the tubes?
  16. Damn, I was hoping he'd be high on the Dolphins' candidate list.
  17. Brock wasn't very sensible.
  18. Considering that the plan before he left was a squash feud with the Taker, it wouldn't be shocking if they picked up right where they left off. Which would just be utterly ridiculous. Brock would have nuclear heel heat, so to job him out to a guy who doesn't need the win would be insanely counter-productive, as it wouldn't help Taker and would only hurt Brock. So, yeah, I could see them doing it.
  19. Personally, I think he'd give 1 more try at making the NFL next year, seeing as he wasn't exactly in top form this past year (coming off wrestling, the motorcycle accident). If he fails, then I think he'd come back at that point. Off course, if he wants to come back sooner, I'd be all for it. He'd easily be the most over heel in the entire company. I only hope the WWE doesn't job him out right away to "teach him a lesson", *especially* to Taker/HHH/Orton.
  20. Not that it would happen, but if the WWE put on a reality show based solely on the backstage stuff, it'd easily be the more interesting than their wrestling shows. The power plays, political machinations, scheming, sucking up to those in power - it'd be a can't miss show.
  21. Happy birthday! ::bunts a runner to 2nd::
  22. Quoted for emphasis. Sure, Eddie cracked under the pressure the last time, but if they give him some help at the top, there's no reason not to give him 1 more try, if only for the fact that he seems to be an actual draw (which few others can claim in the company).
  23. Hmm, you'd think that'd be higher...
  24. Tip drill that bitch, yo.
