The Sharks have put up 2 goals already and 5 minutes have not even gone off the clock here so far. Sorry, make that 3. Right when I post this, they go and score.

I think a Kobe/LeBron series would make for some pretty entertaining basketball. A series with two of the best in the NBA? It's hard to turn down the possibility. Just mute the announcers, I've been doing that more and more in recent time, as it's really done nothing to ruin my viewing, personally. I can enjoy a game without their bullshit.

The above, I completely agree with. The Rock and Triple H headlining WrestleMania against each other would have made it that much better than what it was. btw, does anybody have any YouTube videos of the 2/3 Falls match from Fully Loaded? To answer the questions though. So did you like this feud? - Yes Triple H as heel? Rock as heel? - Rock as a heel. I always felt The Rock was a really good heel. Which era of the feud did you like best? DX vs. The Nation? McMahon/Helmsley era vs. Rock? - DX vs. The Nation, honestly. Who came out of the feud looking better? - I think it's about equal. Did one wrestler constantly have to carry the other? Or did both of them work their asses off? - See above What was your favorite match between the two? - Tie between the Summerslam 98 Ladder Match and Fully Loaded 2/3 Falls Match.

One of the greatest moments on RAW, IMO. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AP7SfE-0BVI...feature=related

Whats the first pay per view you saw live?
Agent_Bond34 replied to Frankie Williams's topic in General Wrestling
I've never been to a PPV live in person. I have only been to 2 live shows and they were both in the same year. (2000) First PPV I ever saw live... probably something in the early 90s. I honestly don't remember. I remember watching stuff like WrestleMania III, WrestleMania IV, etc, on VHS. But then I stopped watching for a while around 93 or 94 I think, and then got back into it in the late 90s, first PPV I ordered after that was in January 1999, WCW Souled Out... first WWF PPV after that was Over The Edge 1999 and then got into ordering them regularly around Unforgiven of the same year. Last PPV I ordered was Backlash 2002 and haven't ordered since. -
If I remember right, he in Sacramento and was talking about the Lakers beating the Kings. EDIT - I found it. http://youtube.com/watch?v=lYZCXkuLvlw

This is true. That "Phoenix Suns ball" crap only works for so long, too. Then come playoff time, we see these same teams exiting the playoffs earlier than 'expected'. Well, yeah. Assuming they don't make it in this year, they will definitely be back within the next 5 years, if that.

From what I had heard on Fox Sports Radio, Nabokov was as well for San Jose.

Madden, NFL Head Coach, and NCAA Football 2009
Agent_Bond34 replied to Matt Young's topic in Video Games
Madden 08 was the last game on Xbox, as it turned out. Even NCAA Football 08 got an Xbox release. Dubiously enough, I own both of these games. Why did they drop Xbox support so suddenly last year anyway? Weren't they gonna support it until this year? -
We'll all have memories of the Mavericks series. I'll never forget that. That said, I don't think the Warriors will go 13 years between playoff appearances, because they have some talented young guys (Ellis, Biedrins, Azubuike, Pietrus, etc) that'll help bring them back to the playoffs here in the near future.

There goes Golden State's chances.

Chase Budinger is also entering the draft.

How many years do they have to wait before they are eligible?

Madden, NFL Head Coach, and NCAA Football 2009
Agent_Bond34 replied to Matt Young's topic in Video Games
No, they are making it for PS2. -
What I meant to ask was, but didn't word it the right way... what's good about Saints Row? what makes it stand out? Personally, I enjoyed GTA III more than any other GTA I've played. Although, Vice City Stories and Liberty City Stories on PSP were pretty cool too.

Was the first one any good? I never did get to play that.

The largest lead was Memphis at 9, I believe. It's been back and forth, for the most part.

Madden, NFL Head Coach, and NCAA Football 2009

And then I'd join in as San Francisco and finish with the same record. Anyway, online franchise would be a great feature, especially if NCAA is gonna have the online dynasty. I've been waiting for years for something like this to finally be included. -
GT - NinerFan1983 Games: Madden 08, NBA 2K8 Arcade: Bankshot Billiards 2, Contra, TMNT 1989 EDIT - I forgot that I also have Texas Hold 'Em and UNO on the Arcade.

Thanks.

Does anybody here know when the DVD of WrestleMania XXIV is to be released?
-
Marvel Ultimate Alliance really is decent. I had some fun with it, but I haven't played it in a while though, because I've been playing a lot of NBA 2K8 on XBL lately. Golden State Warriors = ftw. If you liked the Half Life series, I would recommend The Orange Box. You can also hit me up on XBL sometime, whenever you get Madden 09, NBA 2K9, etc, my GT is NinerFan1983, and I usually stick to the sports titles on XBL. I like shooters, but I am beyond awful on those on XBL, especially Call of Duty 4.

No kidding. And where were the other refs on that one?
