Oh, I'd be HEATED. Dames

I hate Fullscreen movies with a passion. Unless its a TV show on DVD, I want all of my DVD's to be widescreen and anamorphic. Last night, I bought The Lord of the Rings, the 2-disc DVD because I wanted to have both the theatrical and extended versions. I don't know how I missed it, but when I got home, I looked at it...and at the top it read: " F U L L S C R E E N " If I was shot at that very moment, it wouldn't have hurt me nearly as much. I muttered some obsenities and went looking for my receipt, which I thankfully found. I'm going to return that piece of matted garbage and get the widescreen version today. Have you guys ever been screwed over with fullscreen movies? I have a fullscreen copy of Liar Liar. It's just painful for me to watch. Dames

I want a Kung-Fu Miguel action figure. Dames

I've gotten about 10 emails letting me know...that's just disgusting. Dames

Choken, you also have to look at it this way. When HBK was training these guys, '98 - 2001 or so, it was due to him not being able to work and trying to do SOMETHING to stay in this business. Bret, in the meantime was either still working ('til the end of 2000), suffering through concussions and family tragedies and a family civil war. Where was the time to train...especially since his brothers, who are trainers as well, weren't getting along at the time. At least Bret trained guys while he was still in the WWF AND on top. Also, this may sound silly, but although HBK originally trained Am Dragon, he was later trained by William Regal and Dragon's style is mostly Regal-esque, while Spanky is more the HBK model. I don't see almost any HBK influence on Am Dragon. Dames

So...Cable runs through your cable box? I'm considering getting some sort of broadband connection, but I have a black box... Dames

Isn't it amazing that a guy can literally train himself and make it all the way to WWE with a character and get himself over? Granted, he may never be anything more than a midcard wrestler, but it's still just amazing. ...I wonder if they teach how to take lightbulb shots at the CZW training school. Dames

Hey man...I had to defend myself. I saw your weakness and I EXPLOITED IT! Dames

I'm sorry for not knowing why I offended you. Dames

YNA...the funniest response I've ever heard from a movie crowd was during Romeo Must Die. When DMX is shot and killed all of the women in the theater started screaming and carrying on like they saw they're own mother dying in front of them. I couldn't help but laugh... Dames

Bob, Royal Rumble '93 was the first PPV I ever saw live as a kid and SummerSlam '93 was the second. I have both PPV's on tape and there's no doubt in my mind which one is superior. Check out RR and you'll see. Dames

...That would make ZERO Sense. "Hey aren't you Victor Drazen" "No....did he speak with an American accent? I don't think so!" Dames

Is this a special feature or something? I've watched the episode several times and I KNOW I haven't seen that. Dames

I heard that there were problems with the studio and Glenn Quinn over his contract, but apparently those were rumors and he was supposed to leave regardless. Dames

Starrcade 95 was the best PPV of that year for WCW. Bob, I have to disagree with you about '93 WWF. SummerSlam was a weak show and Royal Rumble, while not totally superior, was a better show, IMO. Dames

The 7th guy has to be Colonel Samuels himself and he's probably got the bomb. There's no way that the terrorists could have killed those guys, they aren't trained enough...but their leader could. Dames

I doubt Busta will be in it...but what is with these new ideas for the series? They're getting away from the concept of the character completely. Sounds like pure shit. I'll still see it though, cuz I'm a Halloween mark. Damn Mustapha Akkad. Dames

Wow....who would have thought that a promo from Nov. 2001 would echo the sentiments of the IWC in Feb 2003 almost to the letter. Dames

I mark for Domokun and that picture of me is over two years old. Your avatar makes me chuckle. Dames

Are you talking about the Region 1 DVD for Buffy Season 2, because I never noticed any season recap. Dames

I was the kinda guy that was in multiple circles in high school. I was only really tight with about one or two guys and I'm still close to them to this day, but they're the only people I still talk to from high school. From college, I had primarily one circle, which was the wrestling club and for the most part, I'm close with some of them, including my boy EQ. Dames

That really bugs me about the Fox DVD's. None of the Buffy seasons so far have them and neither did 24. I can understand 24 because the previously's should have been the episode before it, but for certain Buffy episodes they go back a few season to remind you of things and if you don't have a good memory or aren't a die hard fan, you may not catch things right away. That's the one thing that the HBO DVD's like Soprano's and Oz have over the rest. They may be expensive and overpriced, but at least they have the original previously and upcoming episode previews.
