I hate this argument, and I'm not directing this just at you but everyone who uses this weak, pandering excuse. THEY ALREADY HATE US! Ok! They're not going to hate us "worse" or "less" by our actions! Our enemies want us dead. Nothing we do will make them back off, except taking the fight right to them. As for our allies, our true allies will stick with us because they know what we're fighting for, and we don't need to pander to those who aren't committed to it anyway. As Mike would say: "Let's give them hugs! Then they'll like us!"

That looks like what my Bichon Frise sheds...

What I wonder is how Fox News would react if they found out one of their analysts was on TV saying these things, even if it was just "in character"...

Forget it, I'm able to at least watch the O's on taped delay, better than nothing I guess. Mod can delete this...

And with that, the Tigers are 4-0 and have the best record in baseball. Sports can be strange sometimes...

Eric Munson just tatooed a homerun. 10-4 Detroit. As the 89 Orioles, with a new pissed off looking bird logo said after their record settingly bad season...Why Not? Extensive (and long) recap of the O's 89 Why Not? season for those that might care: http://www.birdsinthebelfry.com/1989.htm

I'm feeling the comparisons to the 91 Twins or Braves, 89 Orioles (coming off the worst record in AL history in 88, well until Detroit broke it last year ) going down to literally the last game of the season in a tie for 1st with Toronto that they lost. If there had been a wild card in 89 the O's would have been in the playoffs. And of course the 69 Miracle Mets. Nothing needs to be said there! Tigers do have heart!

Wild pitch! Tigers up 5-4! EDIT: Carlos Pena 2 run single, 7-4 Tigers!!! EDIT: Bobby Higginson with a 2 run TRIPLE! 9-4 Tigers! Man, whats in the water cooler in the Detroit clubhouse?

2 RBI double by Bobby Higgenson! Tigers leads 4-3! How about it!?
-
Switched to the Tigers game, 6th inning down 3-0 Sanchez leads off with a solo homer, Vina doubles, Pudge and Rondell White drive him in. 3-2. Can't stop-CAN'T STOP The Tigers! Ouch, and Carlos Guillen standing on deck was drilled in the leg by a foul line drive from Carlos Pena. You don't see that often. He appears to be ok.

As much as it pains me to embellish the Yanks, Javier Vazquez is just cruising along, pitching a hell of a game.

Come on, everyone knows that Republicans HATE minorities while Democrats are the party of HELPING minorities, so it's only fair that Republicans are held to higher scrutiny...

This is almost Howard Dean-esque in it's foot in mouth stupidity...
-
Seriously, at what point do we just say "fuck it" and carpet bomb the place? I'm being serious too.
-
Yeah, I didn't bother ordering this one and it sounds like it wasn't worth it. No buldup + Unknowns + Poor reports from the tapings won't make for a high buyrate. Kash and Dallas won the tag titles? Yee-ikes. Someone want to rate the tag title match?

Game over....ah well, O's look to tie it up tommorow...

Johnny Damon has 5 hits tonight...He's making some fantasy owners very happy.

Bauer sounds like he was just cruising along there for 4 innings, but he got tired. What a depressing game for Baltimore...
