  1. And we start the show with Jeffy Boy. ...him crawling towards the camera like that scares me.
  2. Almost party time!
  3. Thought of another one. The sewege treatment by Nash onto Savage's limo.
  4. If it does, can we get that old style spinning specials logo they had?
  5. Ric Flair's next IC title opponent.
  6. 12 Men inside that thing? That would a interesting train-wreck to say the least. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I think he meant 3 men per team.
  7. "CHICKENS!"
  8. I got one name for you. JBL.
  9. 1)I'd love to see the image of Taker with the Stars and Stripes inside his coat. 2)I'm guessing the reason Crush was taken out of the match was the Legit or worked injury of Quebeccer Pierre?
  10. VERTIBREAKER! Will bend your spine! VERTIBREAKER! Does the trick everytime!
  11. No B Movie actors that aren't also wrestlers have won either of their top titles, so no, not yet. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> But doesn't Cena have a movie in the works? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> No B Movie actors that aren't also wrestlers Bolded the point that makes the Cena comment null.

  13. To be fair, he also said he didn't care about Raw.
  14. He takes the EU to heart. Plus he said that Lucus didn't contact Aayla's creators about Aayla being killed off. He feels, if all these other EU Jedi survived, why shouldn't Aayla. His words, not mine.
  15. I just remember them saying that's where he was from the Sega CD game "Rage in the Cage"
  16. A friend of mine is crazy. He refuses to watch Episode III on the fact that a minor (in the movies) character, Aayla Secura, dies. He said it will ruin the movie for him and all of this crap. He said he refuses to watch it unless the comics find a way to bring her back alive or something.
  17. That match always cracked me up seeing as Yoko is actually from American Samoa and wasn't Crush being billed as being from Kona, Hawaii at that point? How exactly are either men Foreign? And since when was old school Taker an All American kind of guy? He's not one you'd really see waving a flag...back then. Biker Taker on the other hand would be there in a heartbeat. EDIT: Okay since Yoko was billed as being Japanese, which was silly in and of itself since he's Samoan, so I guess I can't count that one. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Well, I believe Yoko was billed as "From Polynesia, representing Japan" during his tenure. As for Crush, maybe he gets a foreign citizenship?
  18. See, that's why they give you a whole month for it.
  19. The segment where Vader and Goldust returned. Though wrestling recently hasn't made me go WTF. I've watched a REALLY trippy show by the name of "BoBoBo-Bo-Bo-BoBo" that makes ANYTHING wrestling has done before look sane. Hell, the main character uses his nose hair as a whip.
  20. My favorite part of that match is the hand gesture Goldberg makes just before he goes to lift Hogan up for the Jackhammer. That and the facial expression with it.
  21. Thing is you're comparing a play by play guy to a colour guy. Heyman and Styles would make a good pairing I'd imagine, but it shouldn't be a case of one or the other. Heyman was great with JR, Styles with JR would have bored me to tears personally. Doesn't mean Styles isn't good, just that him and JR wouldn't have worked. Imagine Tenay and Styles? Dullsville. Both good announcers, but with no colour guy they'd suck. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Except in the case of Styles, he could do color as well by himself. Remember, for years he did ECW programming by himself. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> He did, and personally I didn't enjoy it much. He had a lot to his game but was at his best with someone like Callis beside him. And all that time he announced alone, they would often bring someone in to commentate on a match or two with him. That's when he was at his best. When they'd get someone like the Franchise to go sit next to him and give him that extra dimension he was missing. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I agree with that, but I'm just saying that, if need be, he can do whole shows by himself. Interesting thought I had last night: Do you think in his wildest imagination back during his ECW days that Joey Styles ever thought he'd EVER be calling a Shawn Michaels match?
  22. My personal opinion on this: If the primetime special works, move TNA OUT of Saturday nights, and give them two hours on Thursday for a while. Then, after they have a following and are drawing pretty good ratings, either move them to or add another show to Monday Nights. Probably the former, as one thing TNA has, like WCW did at the start, was fewer dates for the competitors to work in, thus making things more pleasing for them and easier on their lives.

  24. I loved how hot the crowd was for the first Undertaker/Yokozuna confrintation.
  25. Please don't remind me of those segemnts. How stupid was it for WCW to have it from David Flair's point of view. Or Ric Flair's point of view where he got beat down by the nWo in ski mask and then showed back up tothe arena and the announcers are oblivious to what has happened yet everyone saw it on tv. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> First up, DDT Digest doesn't allow picture hotlinking. Secondly, that whole announcers not knowing thing was because, according to the Death of WCW book, they never got to see the footage that the people at home did. They were in the dark about it.
