If I remember correctly...the members in the original were: Lex Luthor Grodd Black Manta Cheetah Toyman Giganta Captain Cold Riddler Bizarro Solomon Grundy Sinestro Brianiac The Scarecrow Now...with the "Bat Embargo", that means Riddler and Scarecrow are probably out. Brainiac...doesn't seem like a team player anymore. Grodd, Giganta, and Sinestro, last we saw them, were part of the Secret Society. So...what will that leave for the new Legion of Doom?

For the Tomko/Dupree team... I wanna see them re-do the Blue Bloods angle...Dupree playing Regal, Tomko playing Eaton.

I didn't buy the thing as a set. I didn't have the money at the time to do so. I just bought them as individual tapes at Sam Goody. This was shortly before the change from WWF to WWE when I bought them.

Vince's matches tend to have fun moments...at least his Mania ones anyway. Like...Linda kicking him in the balls. Or his Bloody, evil peer over the ring at Mania XIX.

Slightly off topic but... How come there's never been a handheld version of Smash Bros? I could see it be done on the DS...sorta like that upcoming Sonic DS game with levels being two screens... Plus, it'd be fun on the go, I'm sure. What about "Mario and Luigi: Superstar Saga"?

Let's see... Either keep the deteriorating quality of the tapes I have... Or get a DVD set where the quality will be better, despite blurs. ...I think I'll go with the latter. As for the blurs for the later ones...most likely I'll only be worrying about them in Mania 14...as I can easily get 15, 16, 17, 18, and 21 (I have 19 and 20) on DVD elsewhere. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> All I have to say is that if a movie studio tried to pull that shit with the movie-going public, they'd never see the light of day. I guess wrestling fans have lower standards or something. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> See, that's the thing though... It's either never get a DVD set at all, or deal with the fact there's going to be blurring. I doubt there's anyway that the Panda company will allow Vince to put out his stuff unblurred for whatever reason, seeing how he dicked with their agreement. So it's either one or the other. And being someone who doesn't give two shits about something as minor as the blurring, as they mean in the long run nothing as long as all the segments and such are there, I'll get this.

Another thing about this box set... They better include the Mania V Piper's Pit on the Mania V disk...unlike the tape I currently have of it. I've wanted to see that in full for the longest time now.

It's already out in Japan from what I heard. They just have to dub it. ...to be honest, it looks more fun than the original version. EDIT: As for New Thundercats....let's just hope they make Mumm-Ra seem more evil than bumbling. ...they did it for Skeletor to an extent in the new He-Man series, why not Mumm-Ra?

People just like to nitpick. The blurs haven't been a big problem for me at all. Nor the sometimes dropping of the WWF letters. As for that box set...YES, I'm getting it.

Sick thought for the Dupree/Tomko team. WWE repeats the whole Blue Bloods from WCW storyline, with Dupree turning Tomko into a Frenchman.
