  1. Many of the shows listed are great and all, but where is the NewsRadio love?!?!
  2. Isn't this like, the exact same angle they did when Nidia was stalking Hurricane in 2002? I figured it could have been John's evil personality, Little Johnny writing the note, but what the hell does he remember about Booker? Goldust sounds about right.
  3. Well, IIRC, the FUneral Parlor segment had the real belt, but was later distorted in recaps... I think.
  4. I wonder if the WWF stuff still has video distortion on the belt.
  5. The Funeral Parlor one, does that end with Vince getting hit with a wooden chair? If so, that's awesome. I don't mind Easter Eggs that are all "click here, highlight this", I actually enjoy those. It's the "enter chapter selection XXX and..." etc, as I hear the Simpsons Season 3 Easter Eggs are ridiculously complicated like that.
  6. Let's hope my bad luck of thred repetition is not continuing.. I swear I only saw the old DVD thread... His name draws universal awe and admiration. 7. Yeah, you have to say you want to work as a singles wrestler.
  8. Ah, hilarity! Spoiler (Highlight to Read): So I did the 'Join up with Vince' angle that led to me, Matt Hardy, winning the WWE Title in the E.C. at Survivor Series, only to be called not worthy. Austin came out, said he would take the gold. The next week, we had a non title match that I won, but apparently I injured him and they stretchered him out... ok, so here's the funny part. When he comes back to announce he can still fight me at Armageddon, they did the HBK Fake Wheel Chair swerve from last year. Austin pretends he can't get up, but then he pops up, giving me the sight of Stone F'n Cold DANCING AROUND LIKE SHAWN MICHAELS on the rampway
  9. While I suspect the fact I was young clouded my judgment of crap, my friends and I totally bought into the Jurassic Park for Genesis hype centred around being able to play as the Raptor.
  10. There is also a top turnbuckle Armbar DDT.
  11. This was the last game to have Elimination Tag matches, something sadly dropped in te 3 sequels and only now returning to the recent SmackDown! games (besides Attitude, of course).
  12. That GoldenEye game from the 90s might make an interesting movie. On a more serious note, I think Perfect Dark could work in some form.
  13. I'm having bad luck at posting things that are already up because I can;t find it and am apparently blind, so hopefully this is new...
  14. JHawk: About your title hunt with Chris Benoit... Unless I am confused with another angle, Spoiler (Highlight to Read): The reason you weren't champ was because you beat Taker's identical cousin in the TV match I just found out yesterday that in Times Square, you can climb up the side of the building not just once (via the ladder), but twice (via insane leaping ability). That shit is high. I threw my opponent off (he landed on a car and it blew up!) and tried pressing square to get down safely, but square makes you do a huge ass superman leap from that high. I hit the pavement and was dead, and was pinned.
  15. Hooray for me looking at one page and deciding that was good enough *shoots self in embarassment*
  16. Like it says, this is from the 29th, but WWE.com just posted it today and I see no thread about it, so here goes.. For the record, WWE.com's version edited out what NWBA meant and contained no hyperlinks (which this doesn't either...). But it was odd to see him saying to check out a website without giving the link.
  17. Two notes of interest... I spoke with HHH backstage Spoiler (Highlight to Read): My choices of conversation were "I'm just checking on you" or "You look a lot smaller than the last time I saw you". I found the 2nd one funny, but I picked the first. He explained that he is, in fact, The Game and is in great shape, and maybe I (The Undertaker) would be if I hit the gym And, as for my 2nd year faction Spoiler (Highlight to Read): I liked that since I picked a heel, JR became confused and thought we were enemies. I told him I was planning a turn (2nd option - Matt Hardy would be turning face) and JR was excited to hear this news. I had to wrestle Hardy, and I guess I could have thrown the match but I decided to win the money. He then walked off... but he saved me from a beating the next week. I was forced to make Sable the next member, and I told Volkoff to go fuck off (or as the game puts it, "Decide Later"). It would seem only those who are listed in ShopZone as having alternate outfits have them, despite earlier shots of WGTT in their old Team Angle outfits. Oh well, what can you do. I absolutely LOVE how you get a description of the outfit before you chose it.
  18. That was my finisher in SYM.. and it's my finisher this year too. I like the Styles Clash.. and was horrified when I found it by doing a standard move as Stephanie McMahon.
  19. Egghead was played by Vincent Price in the old TV series, to give you an idea.
  20. So.. anyone been Rodney Mack yet? Also, a big "WTF" to this.. Spoiler (Highlight to Read): I won the World Title from HHH a Armageddon, and Eddie won the Rumble. some stuff happened with Austin/Rock before Mania, but Eddie/Flair went down as promised. I won, and after the match we hugged and JR thought it was the greatest thing ever... then I just killed Eddie with the title belt. What the hell? I didn't see that one coming, so that was neat, but I thought I was having a nice happy moment! I also thought the credits were a let down considering hwo awesome last year's were... that was, until Spoiler (Highlight to Read): John Cena appeared to do a freestyle about HCTP and it's new features. Best credits ever!
  21. Nope.. it's permanent. I kinda wish they had've left it as an additional button press a la SYM. I've currently seen zero effects outside of a slowdown for the People's Elbow, and that was after shutting jsut Camera Angle's off. What moves has it been doing it to you?
  22. My faction consisted of Flair, HHH, Test, and Victoria. We were called "Nation of Domination". That ruled.
  23. Sorry MEtallica I meant to answer that for you yesterday... yes, there is an Iron Man match. I've really only been Flair in Season Mode so far, so I've only heard "Ric Flair sucks". I think it's basically "Heel Sucks! Heel Sucks!" and "Face's Name! Face's Name!".
  24. Speaking of refs (and the count is voiced.. except in multi man matches), anyone notice how technically sound they are this year? In SYM, when I was in a hurry I would hit the ref, get a weapon, and beat the hell out of my opponent. Well, trying to do that now usually leads to many reversals... the ref is quite tough to knock out! Storyline alert! Spoiler (Highlight to Read): I was offered a manager, and took one in the form of Victoria. She offered me some pie, but I asked "what kind?" and she got mad. Then Hillbilly Jim said he wanted to have some of her pie, so I beat him in a match. This eventually led to Victoria vs Hillbilly Jim at Vengeance, which she won after massive interferance by me. I kissed her after the match, she slapped me. The end.
  25. Downhome: Yes, I had the pleasure of coming across that angle. I thought He was backstage to talk to me about our Faction, but it turns out it was only so I could relive that epic Raw event.
