  1. What happened? Flower Tucci called KOAB dumb?
  2. I wonder what the mystery handicapped match is? Here's the commercial: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZL8DJfFf98o
  3. I don't, I'm just messing around. I always act like I have high moral fibre. And those kids do sound like brats.
  4. Starrcade 92 did indeed pull out the PYBO Victory. Here are the choices for December: Clash of the Champions IV: Ric Flair and Barry Windham vs. The Midnight Express (this was on in 2006 and I never got around to watching it, Cogeco was having a lot of VOD problems around that time - I also couldn't watch the IYH: DX PPV until the day it expired and I didn't get a chance). In Your House V: Owen vs. Diesel, Buddy Landel~!, Bret vs. Bulldog. (I don't believe I've ever seen this show in full - Coliseum Video's version was combined with another IYH). Armageddon 2004: Taker vs. Eddie vs. Booker T vs. JBL (which I recall being good) plus a bunch of crap. (The seemingly obligatory "terrible choice from 2004" pick). I'm pulling for IYH V.
  5. Soft and lazy, says Kozlov. Remember that political based photo I posted where voters were promised "HOROWITZ = JOBS", much to my amusement? I recently became aware his first name is Larry. I suspect he knew the score when he made that sign. Or not.
  6. They obviously edited out "WHAT!?" chants during the Kozlov promo, it came off as sounding odd as you could hear the beginning or end of people yelling, depending on the edit. That said, it's a move I approve. HHH getting the people to boo Drago killing Apollo Creed was excellent.
  7. Snow N-words.
  8. No, it is the fact that the destroyer of children's dreams on Halloween are the second worst people on my List of 5 Bad Types of People. 1. People that destroy Snowmen 2. People that destroy Jack-O-Lanterns 3. Drug Users 4. Atheists 5. Criminals (the bad kind, not people who download music). And "brats looking for sweets"? God forbid CHILDREN ASK FOR CANDY ON HALLOWEEN.
  9. You are the worst.
  10. A nude Mena Suvari fits well into a horror flick. Since a lot of horror movies have attractive nudity, I'll clarify that: Mena is a gargoyle.
  11. It was a Canadian show from the 80s. Doesn't WGN already have a show like that already? Except it's a gas station not a grocery store. WGN is also going to start showing Bob and Tom as well, i'm excited about that. That is Corner Gas and it's awesome.
  12. http://www.wwe.com/inside/news/superstarshalloweenspast/ Charlie Haas wins.
  13. Undertaker competes in a casket match, highlighting a Halloween special. (Pro Wrestling) Oh hey, WWE.com has previews again!
  14. http://web.archive.org/web/20080103052317/...t.asp?aID=21723 Fair warning though, I already changed my mind on some issues when people called me out on stuff in e-mail and I realized I made a few errors.
  15. Vince couldn't pronounce their names so he just called them Pink and Blue.
  16. Ballot altered to reflect a rather dubious omission.
  17. Original to the DVD. Deon felt they made it the worst DVD ever made. Don't bother with that chapter list either since it tricked a lot of people last January. "Frist Raw" is just a segment from the Raw Homecoming special on USA in 2005, Perfect vs. Flair is clipped, and a lot of later segments are just already existing video packages they threw on a DVD. I actually reviewed the set for the Observer website last year and would shamelessly link it here if it hadn't been lost in the F4W merger (though I was assured a back-up of it was archived somewhere along with everything else on the old Observer site).
  18. Right of the bat I lose half my energy to some rabid dog while I'm trying to swing across a chain.
  19. That's an impressive run for a show that supposed to have been cancelled in 2005 or so. They really seemed to be running out of steam with Cotton dying last season so this is fine. "Fox said it's most recent 13-episode order would be its last; the final episodes are expected to air 2009-10 TV season".
  20. It's scheduled to be 6 parts (24/7 normally does parts per disc). That's what tipped me off it was the DVD and not the TV show (I'd rather have the TV show, I have the DVD!).

  23. 88 also has The Rockers and Hart Foundation as faces (a rare Shawn and Bret team-up!). I recall Shawn taking an awesome looking spinebuster from Arn Anderson. It also has a crippled Dynamite Kid which isn't all that fun. It did set up the Demolition / Powers of Pain double turn though, so I give it the slight nod. Both are good though.
  24. An update on this, the reason Meltz called this a "countdown to build up the DVD" is because he's been told that's what it is. He also told me that - spoiler alert! - was voted as the #1 match.
  25. I enjoyed the episode while watching it and laughed quite a bit at the Dwight / Andy interactions, but to echo what most have said, I checked the time on my DVR at one point and was amazed 24 minutes had passed (meaning there was only a few minutes left before a commercial, then the short final scene) with things just quickly wrapping up. Overall, an enjoyable episode that probably could have benefitted from an hour (Halloween being the cold opening was a bit of a letdown considering the episode description sold Pam's costume faux pas as main story point).
