  1. Isn't your angle posting pictures of an awesome video game collection? That's HOF worthy in this HOF nominee's (thanks you two - though I have bet on TSM before) opinion.
  2. Reading the line "put on a hell of show" in reference to Impact is some great kayfabe. I fondly remember a letter allegedly written by the fan Gorilla Monsoon called "a sick individual" for holding up a pro Double J sign on Wrestling Challenge. Good stuff.
  3. There's a show on WGN America right now called "Check It Out". Don Adams is running a grocery store! I predict greatness (I've never heard of this show).
  4. I do, though it's odd because last season was so odd and now they're suddenly back to doing things the normal way as if last year never happened. Does anyone watch Kath and Kim? I don't but Selma Blair looks hot in the ads.
  5. I realize that NOTHING about WrestleRock Rumble makes sense, but why are they singing about an event in Minnesota (at the HHH Metrodome!) while showing the sights and sounds of Las Vegas? I enjoy the Run DMC DX song. It's catchy. Plus Stephanie throws a molotav cocktail at a police car, then does crotch chops with Tori.
  6. Way to celebrate losing, Hogan. What a douche. Jesse threatening to come out of retirement and take the title from Hogan just to end his douchebaggery is awesome.
  7. The episode in 2 weeks involves Michael going on an assignment to Canada with Andy and Oscar. I predict greatness.
  8. I like how the black man and masked terrorist had the "wCw" logo. Charlie Haas being ? makes me wonder if they'll DLC this to their heart's content with his current gimmick.
  9. Man, Meltzer made me sound like an idiot in today's F4Wonline update, calling matches 25-21 the winners of an online vote for the DVD. I never said that! He did retract yesterday's story about WWE.com Legacy being a brand new service though.
  10. 1991 WCW (especially based on matches they DIDN'T do but had planned - Maze of Mirrors, a Reverse Battle Royal involving quicksnad) really was a pre-cursor to TNA. I find it funny that WCW's split screen technology was better in 1991 than 1994. In 1994, instead of one small screen on top of the main action, they would split everything up into TWO small split screens with 75% of the screen devoted to a graphic telling you the name of the PPV. That sucked.
  11. Well I certainly hope he doesn't end up like Benoit.
  12. ZOMBIE SANTINO!
  13. I've made my choice on how to read it, thanks.
  14. I got tired of IN ANGER 3 posts in. I guess you had to be there?
  15. Yeah that one was pretty bad. At least I have that one on DVD. I did enjoy his pop-up during the Cena video (and could they have not used "Bad Bad Man"? Would they owe Gary Coleman some sort of likeness royalty?).
  16. There are far too many senators, lieutenants, and generals on TSM right now. It's like the "Canadian" pandemic all over again. This doesn't even account for doctors or spacemen (and we apparently have a Spiff who is both a Space Man and a General).
  17. Antonio knows how to sell a pizza.
  18. I doubt it. I don't see the DVD having 25 matches (though that's not impossible) and The Essential Starrcade is clearly set up as defined episodes with the Mean Gene studio segments.
  19. The Road Warriors Anthem - both the song and video - seems like the kind of thing that should have killed the careers of lesser men. I've watched WrestleRock Rumble at least 3 times, and I had already watched a crappy youtube video of it multiple times before. It's so awesomely bad. I like how present day Slick seems to get a big kick out of Jive Soul Bro in a pop-up window.
  20. I can safely say that Stupified in particular is about as far away from 1970s pro wrestling as they could have gotten. Don't judge the book(er) by it's cover? I'm thinking that the alliances will be more Black and White. However, the wrestlers might continue to use the styles that made them popular. Here's an excerpt from Monday's F4W explaining the "70s mentality" deal:
  21. So far, no. I get a message alerting me of WWE.com's new video player which doesn't load the video.
  22. I love the crappy pun names. I like the Adamle photo.
  23. WWE.com has a photo of Ross dressed as Silly Sailor. FYI, SmackDown was taped in San Diego, so that explains Rey.
  24. Hey, you really can enhance the experience by going to WWE.com (as stated in a graphic at the end of the show!). http://www.wwe.com/shows/wwe247/starrcade25th/ They have "extras" to go with the matches.
