They say "That is fine, here is a RMA number and be sure to include the Return form" I do that, i have another question so i call them back "Returns are not accepted for that item" I tell them i was given a RMA number and spoke to a lady about it, they say "The RMA number has been now cancelled and there are no returns for this item. Any other questions? Thank you" What a load of bullshit. I call again and they try to return me blank CD-R's. Then to top it off, i run out of Mr. Pibb xtra What a day.
