Yang has arm candy? Odd choice. I wish they'd stop jobbing him out though. I like watching him work. -

So are they going to have Kendrick have "feelings" for Ashley? Eventually it becomes such a distraction it causes them to drop the belts, etc. etc. -
I'm going to call the Pats and Colts front offices and see if one of them (or better yet, both) will put me on their injury report just to see if the NFL officials notice.

I would've. You don't make it you haven't really lost anything, since you're still only 2 scores down. You make it, you're only a TD and 2 down. As long as that last touchdown drive was, I'm not sure WV has enough time for 2 scoring drives if Louisville can run off some clock.

Ultimate Fighter Season 4 the thread...
Conspiracy_Victim replied to Lt. Al Giardello's topic in Mixed Martial Arts
Like LOTC said, one elbow to those stitches and DeWees is going to be bleeding all over the ring again. Without looking at spoilers, I'm going to have to go with Cote. -
Pat White looks like Michael Vick in Madden. Just run him around in the backfield until the defense breaks down then have him run for 10 yards.
-
Can we classify this last 6 minutes of game time as WVU "falling apart"? Man they've gone to shit in a hurry.
-
Louisville's defense is pinning their ears back now. They're going right after White without Slaton in the game. Edit: And there we go. White had better be real careful when he gets back out there.

Yeah FFX's the only game that caused me to tear up. My dad had passed away just before X was released so it was still fresh on my mind when I hit the end. I should've expected a bittersweet ending though. Has Final Fantasy EVER had a prototypical "Hollywood" happy ending? Is it some sort of "growth through pain" mindset in Japan or something?

Well David Morse (the cop) has been signed for 6 episodes I believe, so they won't drop it immediately. It doesn't look like it's going to last long though.

Continuing my own little running commentary on KH2. I've been going through this game at a fairly decent clip, and slogging my way through the numerous (NUMEROUS!) cut scenes. Steamboat Willie was a fun stage, but I marked out HARD for Space Paranoids. The digitizing of Sora and the crew was almost straight from the movie. It's a shame they couldn't get David Warner to voice Sark/MCP, but getting Bruce Boxleitner is good enough. I do like how they managed to get most of the character voices back, but the guy taking over for David Boreanaz/Squall bugs me for some reason. And yes, Mena Suvari is quite possible the world's WORST voice actress. Good God her Aeris never emotes. It's all in a breathy monotone that irritates me. I can almost see why Sephiroth shish-ke-bobbed her in FF7.

It sounds like Kenny Blankenship and Vic Romano should be guest commentators.

In that case, Bellick would probably be happier if T-Bag got away. You know T-Bag would squeal just to screw Bellick, and the authorities would come down hard on Bellick to recover the money.

UFC 65: GSP vs Hughes II
Conspiracy_Victim replied to Lord of The Curry's topic in Mixed Martial Arts
I will not at all refute that statement. I'm not his biggest fan but for my money Hughes is far and away the King of The Promo in MMA. Him and Krazy Horse. When Hughes uses masturbation as a workout analogy then he'll truly be a god. Apropos of nothing at all, I saw my first Krazy Horse match on that Pride show FSN shows. Knocked out some Japanese fighter with a brutal right cross. His after match antics are hilarious. Backflip, run up the ramp, run back down to the ring, more acrobatics. They need more "freestyle" fighters in MMA. Some random guy just swinging for the fences (think Tank Abbot but with more talent) breaks up the monotony of the martial artists. -
Ahhh yes how could we all forget the infamous 16-ring 80 man Battle Royale in Dallas Stadium back in '72? When Nash had all 7 (or 8) of the Von Erichs in The Claw, man that was a classic moment. Still gives me chills, even though I wasn't alive in '72. Nice to see Nash noticed Starr's resemblance to Macho Man.

Not as much as a Dale Earnhardt Sr. appearance would get. Would Triple H fuck him if he was on? Man I thought I was tacky, then you go that extra yard. Props to you. -

C'mon Dusty give me a "clubberin' ". He always sounds like a tent revival preacher. Isn't Ric a sixTEEN time champ? Not six? -

Not everyone can be the Ultimate Warrior unfortunately. *imagines a world of Ultimate Warriors* Uhhh, make that 'fortunately'. -

Hopefully Umaga throws Eugene into a power generator or something and electrocutes him, thereby curing Eugene's 'tardness. Can't everything be solved in WWE world with copious amounts of electricity?
