Dama, I think it was a ACL or MCL sprain, not a complete tear, but I could be wrong. News out of Cincinnati today was that 1st Round pick David Pollack's agents left town today without making a deal. I always hate when that happens. This one could stretch out longer, and it doesn't help that Erasmus James at No. 18 is unsigned too.

I always want more DVD releases, but it seems like the WWE is flooding the market within the next 6 months. I guess its the only thing making money though.

Yo Eddie Mac, I was bored at work today too (unemployed) so I was checking out some info on the ACC teams (a conference I admittingly know pretty much squat about), but I noticed that they have two three game stretches that could be tough (@Maryland, @BC, FSU & later GT, VT, & @ Miami) I guess after looking at that my question is do you think they have a shot at going into that game in Miami with a shot at ACC Coastal Title if they could steal a win in Miami?

1st Round flop DT Wendell Bryant was released by the Arizona Cardinals. I always thought he could be a decent pro, I assume someone will give him another shot.

September 24th - Iowa at Ohio State, which will be the Big Ten opener for both teams! The question is, will Ohio State be undefeated headed into it? Iowa surely will (Ball State, @ Iowa State, Northern Iowa)

Whatever, those are still against first place teams, so it is a first place schedule. I have nothing against the Chargers, but I think playing the Patriots, Steelers & Colts will make a difference. Here's a question for Chargers fans, check out the schedule, will you have a winning record when you get to your bye week (Week 10)?

Chargers 2nd best record in the AFC? I just don't think it'll happen now that they play a 1st place schedule with crossover games against the AFC East, I don't think they make the playoffs. I think we should make August 1st predicitions, it would be interesting to look back since there will be pre-season injuries that will affect standings.

If the Cards have any healthy starting everyday players left by October, I could see an NLCS re-match.

La Parka that is a fabulous video image. When I was watching the QB challenge, I thought, "great there goes the season". VX, how is Rudi overrated? I think most people don't even see him as a Top 10 back, or at the very bottom of the Top 10. And he did rush for 1,454 yards last year. Which isn't bad since he has four games against Baltimore & Pittsburgh. I think a knock on Rudi may be his lack of breakaway speed, but I expect his numbers to go up if the passing game gets more dangerous. Chris Henry will be a red zone threat this year.

Vitamin X, playing in Cincinnati won't be easy for any team this year. And if your D is your question mark, you better be ready to score about 40 points if you want to win.
