Slightly curious to the above question being asked.. Apologies for the extra late SmackDown! update, we had heavy snow so I was unable to get back to my house as soon as I needed to.

Sorry to say this, but SmackDown! won't be updated until Monday this week. The lady i'm seeing at the moment works Sunday to Thursday, so I spend Thursday to Sunday with her. It'll probably be this way from now on, at least while we're still together, so SmackDown! will most likely be updated Sundays and Monday at worst. Raw will still be updated either live or the following morning, and ECW will still be updated Wednesday (even though they don't show it til Thursday here.) So just a heads up and a big apologies in advance for not scoring SmackDown! on time in the future.

Just watching The History Of The WWE Championship for the first time, on disc one, on nearly every single Hogan win, Jesse Ventura, without fail, tells us he'd love to get back in there and beat Hogan up. I know it's just Jesse being Jesse, but he says it during several matches, it's awesome.

I think he was defending the title, at least that was my thought while watching the film, as I had the same idea when watching. I'd assume he was wrestling for a little indy promotion, and because he was such a big name, they kept the world title on him all the time he was in the area.

I was half expecting to be named the worst poster of the year in advance.
