Edit: & how do you download them? Through the game or though some other means and transferred over to the game manually?

Can somebody please explain to me what GHTunes is? I saw it referenced on Youtube's infamous comments, and someone said something about being able to download tracks other people have created for free on Guitar Hero World Tour. I have 0 knowledge on this though, can anyone tell me?
