Exactly. Basically, Jay & his friends' tape sites have been sinned against, and thus Jay is pissed (understandably), hence he wants a ban. But really, Tim did nothing wrong. But they're dealing in something that isn't legal, which is bootlegging RoH's tapes. Now, I know RF is a hypocritical fuck and does the same shit, but the other people don't take action against RF. Feinstein just called the dealers out on it. I know it sucks, but really, what can you do? In this case, the dealers are at fault. Tim's a little bitch for tattle-taling to Feinstein, but aside from being shunned by everyone, I don't think it constitutes a ban.

If HHH goes to Smackdown, we're guaranteed to have to sit through HHH/Undertaker again and NOBODY wants that.
