So yeah, last night I went to a bar called Porky's in Manhattan. It is there, after a few minutes, that it's brought to my attention that Topanga from Boy Meets World fame has just walked in. Yes, her real name is Danielle Fishel but her real real name is Topanga. So anywho, in a scene straight out of "Coyote Ugly" or one of UTSU's wild frat parties, she winds up getting on top of the bar, gyrating with the other dancers, and pouring liquor into the mouths of every guy in the place who flocked around her. Needless to say, I got around four shots of booze before getting pulled away. I don't think Cory Matthews is going to be very happy about this turn of events but he never should have kissed that girl on the ski trip when he twisted his ankle in the first place. So who else has encountered C-level or D-level stars and lived to tell about it.

It has no relevance to Hillary Clinton's presidential campaign -- just as Michelle Obama's comments about being proud of America for the first time in her adult life had no relevance to Obama's actual presidential campaign either. Besides bringing up the whole "Oh, do we really want this person as our First Man/First Lady" angle but seriously now, if we were to rank all the qualities we look for in choosing a presidential candidate, I would hope "Spouse" would be near the bottom of the list. Yes, he should probably hit her back with an accusation or two -- she will have a case for major Superdelegate support if she wins Pennsylvania, even if she is behind in the delegate count -- but for him to smear her in that way would be hugely detrimental to his own campaign.

I'm debating starting another "Vote For Me" thread. Unfortunately, it could ruin my chances in this tournament too though.

The funny thing about that, I was on an Office forum once, and in the episode thread someone had asked if that particular Sbarros would now get a spike in popularity. I responded "Uh, could you tell exactly WHERE that Sbarros was from the shot in the show?" Basically that was the joke. Michael went to a joint that is just as ubiquitos in Manhattan as Starbucks or McDonalds is. BTW, anyone have any opinion of Famous Famiglia? They have a chain in New York and in the suburbs, and are also in Yankee Stadium now. Had it a couple of times, wasn't that impressed. Their regular slices are really nothing special but their Sicilian square slices are one of the best in the city. And this is coming from someone who lives in New York City.

I'm going to assume they will be receiving some kind of financial reimbursement for their work unless I hear otherwise. Plus the Marlins WILL need to pay money for the marketing and promotion of this stunt. That should add up nicely.

By the way, it's a little pathetic that the Marlins just got rid of Dontrelle Willis and Miguel Cabrera for largely financial reasons but they will have no problem financing the Marlins Manatees. I would hope every Marlin fan is just a little embarrassed at their team ownership right now.

If Hillary wins in Texas and Ohio, and her and Obama are both pretty even coming down the stretch in terms of delegates.....wouldn't they basically have to come to an agreement that one will be President and one will be Vice President on the same ticket? There is no way the Democrats are going to let superdelegates decide this matter at the convention. Compromises will need to be made -- and really, what other compromises could there be for this situation than a Hillary/Obama or Obama/Hillary ticket, with the second place candidate having a prime shot for the presidency in 2016.

Vince should see if there's anything he can do to capitalize on the Floyd Mayweather situation. I don't even watch wrestling anymore but that segment had me very interested and could potentially get them more buyrates/media attention for WrestleMania if they do the right thing with it. What that right thing is though....I don't know. There's no way the WBA would actually allow Mayweather to wrestle a match against Show, so WWE may have built up another hot angle they can't properly blow-off.

Jimmy Kimmel and Matt Damon have had an entertaining feud on his show the past year or so. The latest was Sarah Silverman doing a music video "I'm Fucking Matt Damon" on the show with both of them singing about how she's fucking Matt Damon. I thought it was pretty funny, at least.
