  1. I never understood it. Whats wrong with watching Full House?
  2. I watch Dawson's Creek now but I'll be damned if I tell somebody I watch it. But Im quick to tell people I watch the OC. Everybody knows I watch The OC.
  3. I have Juice on my Xbox and watch it every once in a while. Its my favorite movie. And I watch New Jack City everytime it comes on cable.
  4. Juice isnt crap. Its a pretty good movie. And considering it was Tupac's first acting gig and he did a damn good job, I dont see how he was overrated. Belly, ok, the movie is pretty stupid. But its something to watch if you are bored. Poetic Justic is nothing more than a "hood love story". I think its actually decent. Same for Jason's Lyric. These aren't movies that are going to get 15 Oscar nominations. Take them for what they are, good movies in their genre.
  5. That's So Raven. Its pretty stupid, but its so goofy its funny.
  6. Juice Paid in Full Belly Menace II Society Boyz in the Hood Poetic Justice Jason's Lyric <--- underrated "hood classic" Fresh <--- powerful ending Those are all dramas. And pretty good ones too.
  7. Thanks Ravenbomb. Any more info from the show?
  8. Well, I have 1225 posts so Id like to think not.
  9. Its on right now and Im at school and they dont have the channel. Can some give some play by play of what they are saying? Or maybe cap it and rip the audio and upload it. PLEASE? Thanks. PBP first though if audio would be considered warez.
  10. Thread snatcher Roseanne and Darlene - Their quick wit and mouths were what made the show hilarious. Dan too sometimes. But he is like what Elix Skipper is to Low Ki in XXX. He's good, but Roseanne is just better. George Lopez - He's just funny. I saw his stand up and he went "Theres only been three latinos to star in a show; some guy, the guy from I Love Lucy and...." and he walked off of the stage. That was powerful.
  11. yes, Becky #1. God she's annoying. I was rooting for Dan all of the way when he wouldnt even look or talk to her.
  12. So Ive found a new favorite show in Roseanne and after watching it for a few weeks, Ive come to the conclusion that I just cannot STAND BECKY CONNER. She is spoiled, selfish, obnoxious, and whatever else you want to say. Im watching the Terms of Endearment episodes and she pissed me off when she yelled at Dan for losing his job and on part two shes like "Mother me and Mark are married and we arent going to stay in this house if we can't sleep together". UGH, Oliver from the OC never gave me so much hate.
  13. I remember in the mid-late 90s, some shows would have track laughter cause me and my mom would sit and be watching and say "I hear that same laugh on like 5 other shows". An infamous one was one that played during black sitcoms and someone would go "Aahaha...GO GIRL....ahaha". So annoying. And I read that the Steve Harvey show ended cause Steve didnt want to do the show anymore cause there were no more audiences. So, yea, answer the question please.
  14. Thank you for the "FUCK" comment. I try. And yea the idea is little known comments, but on message boards where egos clash and people dont read, the idea never stays, unless the post is made by a mod or admin and bans are threatened. And I would like for people to post little known about spinoffs. Like I didnt know Good Times was a spinoff of All in the Family. Some people might not know Family Matters was a spin off of Perfect Strangers.
  15. Topanga leaves to Pittsburgh and returns on Corey back door in the rain. Seth/Zack/Ryan's comic movie convo. When Summer and Seth got back together.
  16. I remember that Family Matters episode.
  17. Well hell Simpsons was a sketch too. And how in the FUCK was Good Times a spin off? The Brady Bunch had a spin off. Maybe a few, I know they had the one with the daughters. I think the Pam from Martin spinoff was just one show to see how it would do. During syndication, it comes on as Martin, not "Pam". Different World is a Cosby spin off. Theres a Dawson's Creek spinoff too. I forget the name though, I think it only lasted a season. Oh, Family Matters is a spin off of Perfect Strangers.
  18. Why did Savage join the nWo on camera and off camera if he didnt even like Hogan?
  19. Tonight seems like another funny.
  20. I have Time Warner and I get FSN.
  21. 2/5 Shoulda said "I damn thee to hell!" I think it was a 3/5. I burst out laughing.
  22. I tried to call Mene Gene one night when I was watching WCW Saturday Night. He probably said something like "Find out what major star from the competition tried to come to WCW but was kicked on his keester on the way in. Its a shocker I tell ya." I kept calling but it never went through.
  23. Nah, Moesha was just about a spoiled teenager. There was one about date rape in like the 3rd season. Um, Miles got kidnapped on the last episode. And on one of the episodes in the last season Hakeem's girlfriend had AIDS.
  24. Another one, Moesha when Miles was caught smoking weed.
  25. Well, I can't speak for Spin City, but no, Friends never did a 9/11-related episode. Infact, I think that's one of the reasons why the ratings for Friends shot up in the 8th Season, because the terrorist attacks never happened in their universe, and people could watch a show where New York will still the same. The only references to 9/11 were the Twin Towers being cut out of the opening and in the exterior shots, and that in Joey and Rachel's apartment, an American flag hung on the door. Another Parent Hood "special episode": Nick's school is doing a presentation on famous black people, and Nick chooses Buckwheat from The Little Rascals. Nick's parents then talk about racial stereotypes, and how for many years the only roles black people got in films in Hollywood were degrading, racist, stereotypical roles. In the end, Nick still dresses up as Buckwheat, but he then removes the wig, and talks about the racism blacks had to deal with in Hollywood. Then, Robert Townsend does a segment which shows a bunch of black actors from the 1930s, 40s, and 50s, and says that this episode is dedicated to all the black actors who had to do stereotypical roles in Hollywood. I never saw that episode. I might have seen the beginning but I never saw the end.
