Does anyone know how to shut it off? Hopefully other Windows XP users will know what I'm talking about. This "Messenger Service" are popups that well, erm, pop-up randomly and they're quite annoying. If they were internet popups, I wouldn't have a problem, but these aren't. On the installed program list, there's no program titled "Messenger Service", and thus, I can't uninstall it. Well, anyway, back to my original sentence... is there any way to get rid of them?

Erm... what's so wrong with it? That's the type of roleplaying that I do. It's not just for "losers" or "people have too much time on their hands". Just because you think it's odd, doesn't mean that it's not popular. Journal-Roleplaying, without RPing on AIM, isn't very time consuming. You type up a journal entry...then, go about your life. Or lack thereof . For quite a while, I was RPing as Stevie, but right now, I'm not doing it that much. Mainly because he doesn't have an SL. So, now, I'm kept busy with X2 chars. EDIT: Okay, I just noticed something... most of them, ie the ones I saw, didn't have any friends. So, that means they're not part of a community of Roleplaying. Erm... so, if they're just Roleplaying all alone and by themselves, then yeah... that's just sad.

Josie and the Pussycats -- Dujuor... an obviously gay band. An addictive song entitled "Backdoor Lover". Alan Cumming as a British band manager. 'Nuff said. Oh, wait, there's a chick band in there? Darn.. I fast-forwarded through all their parts. Ah well... they weren't important. Red Dragon -- Doubt anyone will believe me, but I actually never wanted to see this. I just wasn't a horror fan at all. Norton's performance got me really into the movie, as well as the character of Hannibal Lecter. So, of course, that got me started on the whole Hannibal obsession, and made me a fan of Norton's. The Hot Chick -- I hate Rob Schneider... honestly I do. I never watched any of his retarded movies before this one. Like Red Dragon, it was a movie that mom rented and pretty much forced me to watch. And.. damn... who know Rob could be such a pretty boy? Erm... did I say that out loud?
