I agree, that little bit was very "Smallville".

It was a solid superhero flick but didn't have the sort of memorable and sharp script that Spidey 2 had. Not enough development of some things, just kinda sloppy, but fun. I really think this movie could have been killer had they ditched either Sandman or Venom, and devoted time to the other. The Harry stuff was great.

the best record in the league is cursed, they never win anything, and as such I was going to predict Dallas to lose to SA or Phoenix (whoever they woulda played in the conf finals) but man never thought it'd be so early.

wow this is gonna be a legendary series. Props to whoever picked GS to win, i figured they were just another "overrated underdog seed" of the year, since every lower seed seems to be overrated (c'mon now, denver never had a chance).

man i'm psyched for Dallas-GS. Can't wait, it's gonna be really interesting to see what happens. I could see GS running them out of the building, or I could see Dallas come back. I do think that winning may have helped break the mental "we can't beat them!" aspect that Dallas was feeling, as their only previous win had been with Baron and others ejected.

CLUE. This is one of my favorite comedies of all time. Really funny one-liners, great cast, including a manic performance by Tim Curry as the Butler (particularly the last 15 or so minutes).

pretty funny episode. Of course Dwight's search for the sexual predator was the best part.

It was established during the MIkhail episode that ever since the sky went purple, all communications with the outside world were cut off. That's probably why the phone won't work. I wonder how they'll conveniently get rid of the phone. I swear if The Others steal it, I will stop watching, I'm so sick of their bullshit (their = Others) I'd like to see Locke actually take control of The Others (sans Ben), lead his own rebellion, they sort of set up the possibility.

pretty good episode. The bits with Hurley, Sayid and the gang = good stuff (i'm a big fan of the whole Charlie/Hurley/Jin and whoever is hanging out with them that particular week gang). Sawyer and "Sawyer" and Locke = tremendous, and great acting by Halloway. flashbacks with Locke and The Others = the usual garbage. As usual, The Others are the most boring, pointlessly cryptic, uninteresting things on this show. Oh how I pray Lostzilla massacres them in the season finale just so I never have to sit through another "one of the Losties lives with them, Ben makes 50 cryptic mysterious statements without explaining anything" episode. I've long since stopped caring about what The Others' real motives are, or how or when they came to the island, or what psychological expirements they're doing, blah blah - they're just so boring and uninteresting. FUCK THE OTHERS! LESS OTHERS AND MORE BEACH LOSTIES DAMMIT!!!!

there's something seroiously wrong if melinda doesn't win this competition, she's so clearly the best singer, it's not even close. After all the self-rightous "it's a singgging competition, its about their voices not entertainment" stuff during the sanjaya episode, lets see ppl put their money where their mouth is.

wow. what a game. poor golden state, they had em. they HAD em, they were essentially beaten. Baron Davis shoulda just drove and shot. Everytime he's taken a shot in that 4th, good things have happened. I'm really bummed - I thought I was about to see HISTORY! le sigh.
