I am going...wait...I will type in small words so you can get this. When a police officer... a police man goes somewhere on a call, he files a report. This report goes in file that will stay there forever and ever. If someone calls the univer...school to find out about girl, this magical report can be retrieved...taken from the magical file. In no way does this prove that they remembered this girl from anywhere else. This also does not make the campus police psychologi... um.. shrinks. His opinion is not concrete... it is not a fact. He said he thought the girl was a danger to herself. It was CLASSIFIED(ask your Mom) as a mental issue. He didn't say she was crazy. This entire story is based on a opinion.
