He's the only one other then the mods who knew my PW. If you can build a case against one of them, it'd be a different story. Plus he could've denied it, and I would've given him the benefit of the doubt, but he didn't. He never replied Oh, I don't doubt it was him. But without any concrete proof, you can't do anything. If the mods banned him, they'd be opening up a whole new can of worms as well. If you don't doubt it, I don't need any more proof then I have. I think this is "beyond a reasonable doubt." I'm sure if the mods were to check every computer that's accessed my account and cross referenc ethem with computers that have accessed Johnson's account they'd find proof. If they can, and are willing to do so, then fair enough. Johnson's post above, and others like them from people who sympathise with him, are the reasons not to do that without proof though.
