The next two people getting DVDs are Brock (later this year) and Flair (early 2004).
-
MAYBE this happens.
-
it's NIGHTOWL, not OWLMAN!
-
They're the harlton heros. Dr. Manhatten = Captain Atom Rorshach = the Question Owlman/Owlman II = Blue Beetle/Blue Beetle II etc.
-
Owlman is Blue Beetle. hence the vehicle.
-
This NEVER happened.
-
Dibiase and Piper are the only real choices. Owen was a great wrestler but was never in a position where he should have won the world title.

their latest show... "I attended the latest WFA show this past Saturday in Derry, NH at the Opera House. The show was great and the crowd was LOUD! A sold-out crowd saw a great show that I highly recommend to any fan of wrestling. Here are the results: 1 – Brian Fury and Eddie Edwards defeated Brandon Locke and D.C. Dillinger. Good, hot opener. * 2 – “Brutal” Bob Evans defeated Antonio Thomas cheaply. * 3 – “D” defeated Johnny Idol with a crazy power move that looked like it took two years off of Idol’s life. Lots of good mat wrestling in this one. Before the match Johnny Idol “dazzled” the crowd with a real ugly shirt and his stand-up comedy routine (including a drum roll). Good stuff! * 4 – Stefan Something defeated Scott Reid. Stefan moved out of the way of Reid’s awesome shooting star press. * 5 – The Nightbreed vs. Tough Guy Incorporated was next. TGI came out first (on mopeds!) and cut a promo. The Nightbreed came out next to an INSANE crowd reaction! Wow. The Nightbreed got the victory after botched interference from the Noize Boyz. After the match the Noize Boyz laid a beating on the ‘Breed that included a vicious guitar shot. * Sheldon Goldberg came out next and made a match between the Nightbreed and the Noize Boyz for the August return date – Anything Goes Match With Guitars On A Poll. * 6 – Justin Shaype defeated three fat boys in the first annual Fat Boy Invitational. Hilarity ensued! * intermission * 7 – Psycho Mike destroyed the diminutive Paul Hudson after a crazy, killer back breaker. Ouch! * 8 – One of New England’s underrated talents Chris Venom defeated K.L. Murphy despite tons of interference from K.L.’s buddy Bob Evans. That Bob is a dastardly one. * 9 – Nikki Rox defeated Ms. Peters in a street fight. These gals chopped the Hell out of each and cracked each other with all sorts of weapons. Nikki got the pin off a brutal side slam onto a trashcan. * 10 – The main event. The cage match. WFA Heavyweight Champion Alex Arion vs. “MoFo” Steve Bradley. Have I mentioned how this match was introed by the greatest video package I’ve ever seen on an independent show? In fact, the video intros that they showed for wrestlers all night were incredible. This match was so vicious and I was fearing for both men’s lives. Arion had the cage door slammed on his head, Bradley had blood gushing from his head, it was crazy! Arion was victorious; the crowd was exhausted (in a good way). * Just a great show overall! Something for everything (comedy, mat wrestling, high flying, brutal fighting). The most professional setup I’ve ever seen on a New England indy show. A great show for all fans of wrestling. August 16th is the return date in Derry, NH."

New England Independent 8-man Tournament results/
Betty Houle replied to a topic in General Wrestling
Maverick Wild is one of the best-conditioned, most well-repected wrestlers in all of New England. He always puts on a solid performance and knows more about wrestling than the other 7 guys combined. And I'm not even insulting those 7 guys! -
HALO is the greatest party game of all-time. HALO 2 could be even betta!
-
Jason Knight lives in CT and runs a school and promotion there as well.
-
Oh. My bad. I thought they might have during that time period where they were both showing up in the AWA or in the old CWA or something.
-
Who actually won they these teams wrestled in the 80s?
-
Path of Destruction is probably the best; Deep Impact is decent as well. I've never seen the Barely Legal DVD. Did they cut anything?
-
*Steamboat vs. Orton (Wrestling Spotlight) *Strikeforce vs. the Hart Foundation - title change (Superstars) *Hogan/Orndorf vs. Studd/Bundy for the angle alone! (I forget which show) *Demolition vs. Brainbusters - title change *Randy Savage vs. Virgil - World Title defense and a really decent match! (Superstars)

AoD is greatness just like DTHOC said, it's not as good as Evil Dead 2, but it is an awesome film. To each their own. I like Evil Dead and I LOVE Evil Dead 2 but AoD did very little for me. I liked it even less the latest time I saw it.
-
Lord, like anyone here has a clue what they're talking about...
-
I'm speaking of when you're playing multi-player battles (CTF, KOTH, etc.).
-
I see nothing wrong with a sequel to Get Shorty provided it's based on another of Elmore Leonard's books. He's had so few books adaptated correctly (Get Shorty, Jackie Brown) that I'm salivating for another one done right!
-
I'd have to quibble with The Color of Money and Army od Darkness. What wastes of time those flicks were!
-
No votes yet for the Needler. Good. I hate that gun!
-
I rarely play video games but HALO is one of the few games I've ever been addicted to. We need a HALO discussion!
-
OOPS! That should read: "Favorite HALO weapon?"
-
I'm sure there was one, November of 2001 when the game came out. Well, I wasn't on this board when the game first came out. I'm talking about the here-and-now!
